this is one of the biggest jokes I have seen so far on this thread. "They" meaning the political parties, correct ? Polls are unbiased questions to a geographically and sociologically, representative and diverse group of people eligible to vote What you are referring to are opinions collected from a biased representation of people, and guess who needs to give the impression their candidate is not losing.

Naked Foreigner Rescued from Cow Attack in Dramatic Incident
KKra replied to webfact's topic in Southern Thailand News
A Russian? oh well, he got his excitement, and actually more than he paid for 555. For a moment I worried that David Truscott, well known some years ago from BBC news, had retired here, -

so sorry, it seems you are not properly informed. But I can assure you that looking for a fully qualified therapist is worth it, and makes a difference. In my case, they avoided OP-treatments, that I was told were necessary, for difficult to recover conditions after accidents. the "gold" standard of training is the full set of Professional Thai massage for Health (150 h), Therapy I (200 h) and Therapy II (150 h.) training at WAT-PO. Off grid, maybe you can try a heat-pump. that is on my list of things to do when moving outside of town. on UPS, if you are off grid, might it possibly be easier to have one phase or one mains switch with UPS ?
-
however, in my area power breakdown usually is during rainy days.
-
how much power do the Platinum PSU's draw , and how much can the UPS supply for how long ? my rather household UPS is rated 550 watt, and as I understand your PSU can draw 750 or more at peak.

agree with that. A few weeks ago, when rains started and Power went on/off/on/off/... etc., my Powermatic blew up, APC kept going.

I made two orders from a "winding up business" sale. Really attractive price for a few Panama Hats, hand made in Ecuador, going rate about 100 bucks and up, so 60 for two is a good deal in my opinion. In this case, the tracking for the two shipments, to SEA and to Europe, "sent" shipping from USA followed the same pattern, same (wrong) shipment airport, exactly same number of days from shipment date to export, customs clearance and delivery / arrival dates.. The Chinese tracking that was sent, upon enquiry, was related to the package "SENT" from the warehouse in China. In my case, I received the package from China in TH well before the announced expected delivery date for the USA shipments that were reported for Europe and TH as the same delivery period. The only thing done by hand in the received packages was stuffing the hats in a small plastic bag, the hats were worth, I guess, 30 Thb . In my case, a well-known American Credit card company sorted it out. Did what you received match the description ?

in my case 80g Atorvastatin caused Creatinine to go through the roof. was switched to 40mg plus Ezetimibe 10 mg, now all stable for 15 years or so. Maybe OP has a comparable reaction ? The Cardiologist advised to take medicin in the evenings, as she said Cholesterol seems to be produced mostly during sleep, is that so ?

As I do not think we will not move again, we are indeed looking for similar land. As long as the Puyai Baan is informed / approves and you do not build bigger than 100 m2 one floor, or get a full building permit, would not expect too much of a problem. If you get properly constructed wooden houses, you can move the houses, pumps etc. in case of being evicted. Just make sure the houses, building permits etc. are in your name, not in the name of the signatories on the land document.

on the photos I see an angled metal stabiliser to the new wall. (between row three and four) If that is drilled into the wall, and then fixed to the partition blocks, I would be concerned that it may become an effective noise transmitter.

Motorbike Rider Dies after Getting Stuck Under a Minivan in Kata
KKra replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
and no tools to jack up the minivan anywhere in sight, also, no one stopping to give a helping hand c.q. jack might have made the difference... and, pick-up truck turning across a double line, that driver apparently did not know that some people have thought about it whether the line should be double or single with stripes. sad way to end your life because some dig-head is impatient -
website you are referring to is nice and easy for non-legals :-)
