    They stay at home and respond to calls close to them . If the customer is too far away, they then don't accept the job . Why would they drive around all day waiting for a message on their phone , they may as well sit at home waiting for that message . No customer will stop them when they are driving around , so it would be pointless driving around

Maybe they want to repatriate ALL those who have died on Koa Tao ? Maybe he was such a nice guy that he's binging Hannah Witheridge and David Miller and all the others back with him ?
