    I do believe that the claim of a 22 Billion black hole has been disproved and shown to have beena lie by Labour . They made the claim up so they can blame everything on the Tories and the imaginary black hole

    We need to solve the problem . Need to look ahead Rather than doing nothing and saying its all someone else's fault . Problems need to be solved, rather just doing nothing and trying to apportion blame for the problem

    I am simply asking how the new house building programme is getting on. I don't expect it to be complete in four months . I am asking whether Labour will keep to their election promises or just forget about what they promised

    Yes, they could have . In Four months they could have bought the land to build the houses and get the plans drawn up and maybe even began building the houses . How far along are they in building the houses ? I expect that they've done nothing at all and the houses won't get built

    I am a builder, I spent my life building houses . How far along have Labour got in building those new houses ? Bought the land ? Got the plans drawn up ? Or are they just still thinking about doing it ?

    Did they just say that they are going to build new homes or have they actually put those words into motion ? How far have they got in building these new homes ? Where will they be built ?

    Its a problem for landlords in the U.K as well . When disagreeable unpleasant tenants move into a house , other potential tenants refrain from moving into the area and landlords have to reduce the rent for their properties , which attracts other disagreeable tenants , before you know it, you have fridges and sofas in the front garden and the Police visiting on a weekly basis

    Rental prices are decided by market rates , its what tenants are willing to pay . If a landlord puts his property on the market for more than market rates, then he wont get any tenants
