Here's a law for you to read . If a hospital is used for military purposes , then it non longer has protection from attack by the enemy and the attackers just need to give their enemy notice of their intention to bomb the hospital to make the attack legal Article 19 of the 1949 4th Geneva Convention applies.

So if Hamas fires rockets from their hospitals at Israeli hospital, Israel just has to accept it or commit war crimes to stop its hospitals being attacked ? BTW, do you know what you are talking about , are you actually stating laws or are just just saying what you think the laws are ?

Just for clarification , flags and symbols used for the sole purpose to intimate others can be illegal, like Hamas flags and Swastikas and the like . Anything just used to intimidate others can be an offence . If people use the Palestinian flag just to intimidate others, it could be an illegal act

Israel has stated it wants to wipe the terrorists out , kill them all . This will stop them participating in terrorism again . The object of Israels actions is to stop Hamas from carrying out any further acts of terrorism , nothing to do with revenge or a body count , just want the terrorists to face justice (death)

I have been listening to an International Lawyer who advises Countries on the legalities of war and what is legal and what isn't and what constitutes a war crime and what isn't , A declaration or war doesn't need to be agreed to by both sides , it can be done unilaterally I doubt whether Israel will be up before a UK magistrates Court any time soon

That is incorrect . You inform the civilians that the area will be bombed and ask them to vacate the area . You have then complied with your legal requirements Its then up to the civilians to decide what they want to do If they stay in the area and get hit by a bomb, then its on them (Literally) as they are defending military targets and are then legitimate targets themselves Its their own fault for staying

I condemn the Hamas terror attack on Israel, the indiscriminate killing of innocent people, Men , Woman and children of all ages , the Hamas war crimes and hostage taking and the killing of babies Its unfortunate what is happening to the civilians in Gaza , but it needs to be done to eliminate Hamas from any future atrocities . That doesn't disagree with what I said . The buildings targeted are targeted for military reasons and they inform the public to vacate the areas so that there isn't disproportionate amount of civilian causalities and so Israel will not be accused of bombing civilians
