What is likely to happen to the Hamas guys who were caught and interviewed on video yesterday ? Any different treatment or a Court case and jail sentencing ?

Israel are not actually bombing the safe places in the South , there seems to have been one bomb targeting Hamas that hit a neighbouring building and its not been made clear whether that building was in a safe zone or not . If Israel were bombing civilians in the safe South, there would be 100 000's of casualties , which there isnt . It was one stay rocket that you are referring to .

The Rohingya have been treated much much worse than the Palestinians , they have been the real victims of genocide and millions of them got chased out their Country with their villages burnt and many of those killed . Where are the 100 000's of Westerners marching in their cities to support the Rohingya ? Where are the 5000 post threads on ASEANNOW about the injustices the Rohingya face ? Is it because the Burmese Country isn't a Jewish Country ?

You claimed that Israel committed a war crime and to show this, you post a link that says they allegedly committed war crime . An allegation doesn't prove anything at all . You link states that Israel bombing Gaza could be a war crime as collective punishment . The law states that Israel can legitimately bomb areas where the enemy congregate No war crimes by Israel in the link you provided , just allegations that have been shown to be false allegations
