  1. Why should America's obsession with affirmative action for Muslims and Blacks result in globally disseminated "diversity programs"?
  2. The merry-go-round of the pro-immigration establishment in the UK is insane when you consider that not only are most British people opposed to immigration, but also that the majority of non-whites (at least the non muslim) in the UK are also opposed to immigration (non-muslim ethnic minorities have been opposed to immigration for at least a decade, and I believe even a few polling now shows Muslims swinging in favour of anti-immigration policies). This has to be the only policy that has come of the Conservatives which is actually anti-immigration and hence I support it. If the UK wanted to leave the EU because of immigration and the migration crisis, then why is the Conservative party not doing more to tackle immigration and migration? Canada recently stopped giving out student visas like candy and maybe the UK should do the same too.
  3. Higher minimum wage often has the effect of raising the cost of living as well so I wonder whether this really helps anyone.
  4. It's generally an accurate estimate but obviously natural disasters and other issues might delay the packet, as would flying to your lawyer in person. I believe DHL even offers compensation on certain service levels.
  5. A ban on any lithium ion batteries would have widespread consequences since I don't think it would be acceptable to store them in the hold baggage area either.
  6. There is a sign in Chinese that looks like one for a mobile phone vendor, and the phones have stickers on the back of them so they are either for sale or unused bought phones. Surely it is a vendor who forgot a bag of phones?
  7. Arabs are famous for random-ass crimes in Europe so I would not be surprised if the same was happening in other parts of the world: the region is a major source for drugs and gangs that operate in Europe, which is on top of the religious and culture wars that happen in the Middle East as well.
  8. A lot of the journalists at The Telegraph are left-wing. In fact there is a dearth of right wing journalists in much of the western world it seems and even in India.
  9. When you couple that with the situation in British India then it certainly seems much more related with the Muslim cause. You forget that the British were heavily influenced by the geopolitics of India at the time as well. Anti-semitism may have been rife but that was always coupled with Islamophobia.
  10. There was a moment in history where it seemed that young people would switch towards supporting Palestine and Muslims, but nowadays it seems that the young people are more likely to simply stop symbolically supporting Israel because they don't want to be seen as politically incorrect, but refrain from being supportive of the Arabs because they don't actually support the Arabs (i.e. they still support the right of Israel to defend itself but want to be symbolically politically correct).
  11. Why do you consider the Arabs to be the victims of oppressions when it's traditionally and continues to be the the Arabs being the oppressors? They are also the ones being racist against numerous groups including Jews, Asians and Blacks? In fact countries under Islamic rule are one of the few places where White people get racism as well. Can you name a European country that has gone on to colonise other countries since WWII? The Arabs certainly had imperialist ambitions up until at least WWI so the gap of the interwar period is not sufficient to placate your argument that European imperialism was somehow worse than Arab imperialism. Israel has been there since ancient times. Do you think that Black Americans or Native Americans should have rights in the US? The same applies to Israel and Jews.
  12. It has. The US, Europe and India all have left-leaning media establishments that are broadly pro-Muslim.
  13. I'd like to see you replace all the "white" and "jew" hate messages that anti-colonialists, anti-hindus and anti-islamophobes write and aim them at Arabs instead. We can have entire political movements across the western world demeaning the Muslims. "Free Israel from the river to the sea" etc... The Arabs are the instigators in all of these conflicts. To say that they are the victims is basically says they are the victims of their own actions.
  14. Having seen how the situation in South Asia unfolds and how western media deal with Muslims, I sympathise with the Israeli efforts to assert itself. Too many people have this idea that the Arabs do no wrong when in fact the Arabs have been worse than Europeans in most negative issues such as imperialism and racism etc...
  15. What I find so hard to understand is how did global media get so left-leaning and pro-Muslim (maybe anti-Islamophobia might be a better term)? It seems that the media environment in every country throughout the world where there are large populations of Muslims has a bias towards Muslims, even in India which the western NGOs love to attack as being undemocratic. How is it that there are so few to no journalists working for mainstream media who have any sort of understanding about what the normal person on the street thinks, or is it simply that the mainstream media is actually left-leaning?
  16. I think one of the biggest misunderstandings of European politics is getting across just how large the Muslim population is. The vast majority of these antiemetic attacks are done by Muslims and their far-left activist supporters. The vast majority of the British population love Jews and it's the same with India.
  17. I mean that the Israeli cause still has a lot of support among young people in Asia, it's primarily only the Muslim countries that are concerned about the plight of Arabs, and even then the progression is surely that any ex-Muslims will stop caring about Arabs? In the West the progression seems to be that you end up with a large young "neutral" population who don't want to side with the Arab cause because they sympathise with the non-Arab views, but they tend to stay out of supporting Israel to avoid looking politically incorrect.
  18. Afghanistan - the majority of the public still support Afghanistan invasion - they didn't support the Iraq invasion but the Islamophobia around 2003 was high enough that most people at the time supported it - and what people are objecting to is Biden's handling of the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan (though that's something that Trump wanted to do too). Ukraine - I think this is in part a join effort by both the US and EU and both are two blame for any failures in the war from the perspective of the anti-Russia side, but much of the right wing dislikes the idea of funding Ukraine's war budget and Biden is seen as supporting further funding. Israel - I support providing further funding and military support to Israel, but generally there seems to be bipartisan support for Israel anyway. Illegal immigration - the Republicans threw out a law that would limit only a small percentage of immigration. Why are energy prices high in the US when most energy is produced in the Americas?
  19. I really doubt that Israel would lose favour. You forget that the "Islamists" and Arab cause have very little sympathy in Africa and Asia. Russia and India have populations that have been getting more Islamophobic and not less Islamophobic as time has gone forward.
  20. Virtually all of the issues attributed to Islamism are often heavily intertwined with geopolitics. Even India with all its Islamophobia is usually ultimately related to the geopolitics of Pakistan and the Middle East.
  21. I think the main problem with cycling and walking in South East Asia and South Asia is the oppressive heat. It's entirely possible to cycle short distances (around the village or town) but impractical to have an entire city planned for cycling around. The best solution is to build dense public transport railway networks and implement bus lanes on all roads, reducing the capacity of roads for cars and forcing them onto the now efficient public transport. Then remove all parking spaces except for malls and introduce park & bus services. Finally, ban cars from all the walkable parts of Bangkok.
  22. Surely India would be the next major destination to cater for considering it's the most populous nation?
  23. They are talking about the new terminal that is only partially opened. It's currently accepting a small amount of flights and this will be increased by the end of the month, but the terminal will not be fully opened even at the end of the month so it cannot be used at full capacity.
  24. It reminds me of the people who talk about living in the newly developed cities of Seoul, Beijing, Delhi etc... when the air quality in those cities is horrible. But the solution is to not only build better public transport systems but also force people to use them.
  25. I think gay behaviour is acceptable in television programming and other media because it's something you see in real life, but I think it should be relatively balanced (so not having around 50% of the characters in a TV programming gay, but maybe seeing a gay couple once in a while or having a couple of gay friends etc...) and of course there's going to be a gay main occasionally sometimes as well because that reflects life. But I think you have a right to state gender and racial preferences. A lot of the world dislikes fat people but while that is hurtful it's not discriminator.
