The land is sloping some 23 degress, my neightbour has used the distance along the sloping plane to determine the location of the post, the land title/office use the distance along the horizontal plane ( as I understand it )... Therefore it is to my dis-advantage to accept the location of the post according to the sloping plane as I will end up with less land than I had purchased.
Subsequently, the land was surveyed, posts were placed according to the horizontal plane, he did not agree nor sign the land survey.
He was the village cheif and does still work in the Orb Boa Toa, I live on a small island where everyone knows everyone else. Before pushing my case with whatever civil action is necessary which will likely result in upset for some people... I would like to be sure which has priority... the location of the ground post when the land was sold, or the size of the land according the land paper which in my case is Nor Sor Sam Gor.
