Better to put money into bank or S&P fund. Then go drink in a bar once a week. -
Buddy, keep digging. It is so funny. People using a whipper in the city dont do so near people. The only risk is glass window which the guard doesnt stop if it shoots out. Rocks bounce off the guard anyway. Near a glass window the only safe method is to put a bin or barrier up. Go back to your boxes of junk.

If it was me I would buy a 4 stroke Honda 35cc with cord. Easy job. Any small trees use machete. Clear any obvious rocks and logs.
