  1. Dead lifts are better with free weights. Dont like squats. The best deadlift imo is trap bar lifts. Safer on back.
  2. My arms are getting strong. You don't need much volume if doing 5 to 6 days a week. Generally 2 sets each. 10 to 12 sets per muscle a week is all you need. Sometimes i do 3 band rows with 1 arm for 8 to 10 reps. Another day 1 band for 40 reps. Mix it up. Anywhere from 6 to 40 reps builds muscle. (Sometimes i train twice a day)
  3. Very simple program. Band around tree Rows for back One arm chest press or flyes Bicep curls Tricep overhead extensions Band under feet Military press Front and side lateral raises Reverse curls Only takes 10 mins. Same 5 to 6 days a week.

  12. I read the science. Very weak theory. It is like protein. Once you go above 1 gram per kg there is very little impact. Thats why the temperatures have stalled since 2016. Great money making scam though.

  14. Exactly right. The funniest thing is guys who fly to Thailand and preach climate crisis. Thailand has loads of rubbish lying around and polluted skies.
