Biden has been hopeless his whole political life. Now his brain capacity is 30% it just comes more obvious. Biden had charisma as his only good feature when younger. He comes across as pretty much a dumb "A....." in a nice suit with a good smile.

Biden was bad in 2019. The Democrats claimed Fox was lying about it. Youtube has had videos of Biden for years showing how bad he is.

What debate did you watch? Biden stuffed up every question. Just rambled word salads. He claimed inflation was high in the first answer in 2021 when he took office then later said it was zero. The guy can't count to 10.
