Hi my question is hypothetical. If the British mother of a British baby, of a British father, flees domestic abuse to Thailand to start new -flees illegally without permission of the father, how will this be viewed in the Thai courts, will she be protected as a Thai mother would, will the one parental responsibility apply, or will they both be extradited back to the UK? Will she face criminal charges for abduction in Thailand? Thank you.
