  1. Just be careful of melting old prunes, Lemming doctors who will likely drug and assault you, and guys who look like they're off their head on meth driving caravans they cook in
  2. Thanks for educating everyone about small willy's
  3. In South Australia, it's customary to date someone half your age and minus 7. I think there's an old law allowing it
  4. This so much. 18 = adult where I'm from so it's absolutely legal and fine imo. If others don't agree, I'm not fazed. I'll be the one with a beautiful Thai lady while they're stuck on this forum using the WiFi at McDonald's to melt away
  5. They're common vernacular in Australia, I never had any problems
  6. You remind me of a pesky tout following me around Khao San Rd. I'm young, fit, wealthy and successful. The last sentence was on behalf of a friend
  7. Good for you Bob preferring the company of gentlemen. It's good Thailand is so accommodating of alternative lifestyles and it's great you don't discriminate between Thai boys and farang's
  8. As mentioned yesterday, I was posting on behalf of a friend who didn't want to join the forum about whether swimming will help him lose weight. I don't see a problem with having a window shop and look. In many cultures I considered flattering and flirting
  9. My wallet did look like this when I went to the currency exchange at the airport and converted AUD into Baht
  10. Yawn, you've been melting for nearly 24hrs at me. You're as desperate to reply to me as I am to seek companionship with a local
  11. Thanks friend!! 🙂
  12. Fair enough friend and I am sorry it's taken you so long to assimilate and fit in. Try doing more local stuff like go to the local water markets or night markets or eat phó and you'll be surprised how quick it takes
  13. It surprises me how little time in takes to be a local in Thailand, I've been here 2 weeks now and feel like I'm well acquainted. All the hotel know my first name and I speak to them in language when I greet them (swadeeka) I noticed the Thai fellas at kickboxing weren't particularly fit or strong, the women's class I went to watch was a lot more entertaining and aggressive
  14. I'm not a mong and There's nothing wrong with my social skills. You don't develop and grow a successful business like I did without social skills.
  15. I'm confused, what do you mean better stories??
  16. If I had no social skills I wouldn't be making this thread looking to better myself. I don't flash cash even though I have plenty, I am seeking genuine companionship
  17. Thanks for the tip! Although I'm not sure how many of the ladies I'm seeing went to university
  18. Insightful OP. In my 2 weeks in Hua Hin I've also noticed a certain level of submissive behaviour. They're more than happy to rip off Westerners (they tried to charge me $30AUD for a Nike shirt but I managed to get them down to a great price - $23AUD) but they turn to jelly when the missus starts barking orders. In my part of the world, we call it small willy syndrome but I'm not sure if it's respectful to say this in Thailand
  19. Do we have a problem friend? If you're going to derail my Thread please move on and let other posters have an opportunity to meaningfully contribute
  20. VID-20240614-WA0051.mp4
  21. Car dents mostly. Especially for insurance agencies
  22. Lol, women are bad drivers no matter where you are in the world. I'm looking for 18-20yo, not many on the roads within this bracket unfortunately friend
  23. I'm sorry to hear of your struggles, Yamu. I'm sure there is a 20yo out there for you friend who wants to service your needs and start a genuine relationship. It's not easy the way expats on here jump on us for trying to find love, the looks I have been getting from farang in bars and the pile on this thread is a disgrace tbh
  24. Hi everyone Hoping for some help / advice from some people with experience around good conversation starters. A bit of background about me - I've recently moved to Hua Hin after selling my successful dent repair business in Australia. I'm looking for companionship with a young Thai lady but am not sure how to approach a conversation / what are some good topics to start off what could be a lifelong romance. In Australia, I'd usually just say something like "gee you look alright" or "show us your knackers" or "fix us a sandwich would you, Darl?". But I am conscious this may not be as appropriate in Thailand. Any help for how to start a conversation would be really appreciated
  25. You sound like a seasoned veteran of Thailand friend. Any tips for me?
