    Blue books have been mentioned. Blue books are for Thai's, Yellow books are for expats who qualify for them. I have had a retirement visa for 14yrs, + a yellow book and pink ID card. Never had any problems.

    I am a newby so please bare with me. I tried to list this question last week in the Bangkok forum but could not find it afterwards. I obviously did something wrong, so second try. Question; My supplier of Gammon Pork has died, so i am now trying to find out where i can buy Gammon Pork in Bangkok. I particularly want gammon pork because i make my own ham with it.     Just a newby. Posed this question in the wrong Forum before, hope i am in the Bangkok forum now. I am trying to find where i can buy Gammon pork in Bangkok. I used to buy 4kg cuts form my supplier, but he is now deceased so i have to find a new source. Can anyone help me please.

    i have heard that the BRITISH SHOP in Banglamung , Chomburi has a big range of pies and foods, can anyone confirm this as my supplier died and i am going down to Pattaya to check out a few of these places and stock up. Thank you.

    In my 14 years in Thailand - 2 relationships. 1st - two years, out of Pattaya, lied to and cheated no end, disaster. 2nd relationship, introduced to by friend in village and going strong 12 years on, best ever.

    My wife would like to go to Lao and Vientien for a bit of a holiday. are there any problems going into Lao for a few days and coming back with a re entry visa.

    I have what i consider an 8 and got the best of both. Best relationship in my life after 12 years. Physically looks good and a heart of gold. Also with relationships remember you only get out what you put in, given all things equal.

    I ordered some natural health medication from the US some years ago and Thai customs held the package and sent me an account for tax which was 150% of the cost of the order. I sent them an email saying i would not pay the tax and to send the goods back to the US, which fortunately they did and ii got a full refund from the company. Never ordered any more from overseas since.
