  1. 😁 My dreams are coming true, all of them. Many said the same thing back in 2006-2008, namely the $ is dead as it was getting hammered by even the lowly Indonesian Rupiah. THEY were laffffing at us. Then the turn came in March 2008. King Dollar bolted out the dungeon and has not looked back since. The Trend is your friend until it bends & violates a Trend Low. BRIC nations are foolish to think its that easycto kill a champion.
  2. Rising US Dollar strength for the foreseeable future. So, $1.50 per plate approx. today will be $1.00 when USD-THB hits 50. Another example: My studio apt. rent in Chiang mai is 8,200 Baht/ mo. = $246 approx. When USD-THB hits 50 my rent will be $164/month (assuming no rent increase for simplicity 😏) I believe USD-THB will take out the previous historial top at around 55 Baht approx. Americans can live in Thailand in sybaritic splendor for the foreseeable future (moneywise).
  3. Very true. Not a single one of my buddies can pull off leaving even for a year. They dream of it when they talk to me but the obstacles to surmount are too staggering in their own opinion.
  4. My personal advice to Americans living in LOS: stay put & enjoy the largesse of the US Dollar as it bumps into stunningly massive resistance (red line) in chart. If it takes this barrier out the run northbound will be huge That is the Dollar Index. USD will likewise crush the Thai Baht, heading IMHO towards 55+ BRICS can take a hike! You can’t kill the champ (USD) when he is in a massive uptrend since year 2008. TRENDS are hard to kill & tend to persist. Caution applies at Fibonacci resistance levels I’m already tired of paying 50 Baht for Paht KhapowvKhai Dao 😏 It might end up at 35 Baht. Chiang mai, Thailand? God, do I love it so!
  5. Note the following in the chart: Grid is from the Great Depression low in 1932. That’s the anchor. The next wave top anchor is the October 2007 top & wave low is March 2009. Boom! Grid called the Covid crash perfectly at 161.8% So where are we at today? At 261.8%. This is significant resistance. Now here’s the thing: Dow can reverse here or blast right thru’ to its ultimate destination at 423.6%. If the latter then Trump will have a magnificent 4 years. However if the former, i.e. 261.8% causes the halt, then you will see the reality a staggering exodus from stateside unemployment will shoot to 40%+ etc., Fasten seatbelts, hide & watch
  6. People leaving stateside in significant numbers will be because of what COULD & MIGHT happen as shown on my Dow Jones monthly chart. Donald Trump has zip to do with this. However if the Dow crashes HE will be blamed for it. Truth is neither Joe Biden nor Donald is the Cause. The forces at play dwarf all leaders.
  7. The same idiots got it wrong - again! The MAN has lawsuits galore, indictment(s?) & haters but The People want him! My kind of winner. Unprecidented! My formula for 25 years has been. ….. USA + Thailand = a match made in Heaven its the combination that sings poetry in life. God bless both countries!
