"Sexual assault refers to any physical sexual act that occurs without someone's consent while sexual harassment refers to non-physical sexual conduct such as gestures or sexual comments." The fact that he, a male, intimidated her and touched her without consent makes it assault, so you may watch yourself in future interactions.
