    I'm unfamiliar with the method of soaking rolled oats. Do you cook the oats after soaking? I generally prepare my oats as porridge for breakfast, adding ground Turmeric, Sweet Cinnamon and Ginger.

    As an Englishman, I get a bit peed off when offenders are described as British, because the true Brit's are Irish, Welsh Scottish and English. There are People of many different Races and Ethnicities with British passports, and that identity should be pointed out when when an offender's Nationality is published, especially when the offence is against a Child.
