Hi Fred. I don't disagree with you about healthy nutricious eating. I've wrote thousands on words on this. Also stay away, AMAP, from sugary drinks and cakes. Drink plenty of clean water also. But where we disagree, is the flip side of the health coin; toxicity. And IMO, the most damaging toxin around is vaccines. Not just vaxes but medicine generally. Nature has the answers we seek.

But essentially it, through demonstration, and irritation, 'teaches' the body to be better prepared for the entity; If and when it arrives. What is the entity? Perhaps most importantly; what medications and vaccines has he had, since being conceived? That would obviously be a big question for Mum.
