I am suffering from heavy tinnitus since years. It's only getting worse and I would like to do something about it. Does anyone know if there is a cure for tinnitus and where I should address my problem in Bangkok ?

I've been told to live with it by doctors in other countries, but I still want to try over here.

Our son Yan was born in Bumrungrad in 2001. We booked the birth package (amazingly, the price hasn't increased since !) and did not pay any additional charges.

Yan was born naturally, no complications, after about 6 hours of labor. There was no pressure whatsoever from the medical crew. The staff and doctors were lovely and extremely professional.

This was our first child and we were scared to death. But everything went perfectly well and Yan's birth became a 5-star experience. I would recommend Bumrungrad to any expecting couple.

Our second child was born in KL in a hospital with a similar reputation, but it did not live up to Bumrungrad in any aspect.

I'm looking for an international school in Bangkok with a British curiculum for my 6-year old son. So far, browsed through the following websites, which seem suitable and are within our budget :

- Charter International School

- Lord Shaftesbury International School

- St Andrews International School (Sathorn)

- St John's International School

Is anybody familiar with one of these schools or could anyone tell me which of these are the better ones ?

Does anyone know where I could purchase lecithin granules in bangkok ?

I've found lecithin oil and lecithin food supplement capsules, but those are not what I need. I'm looking for the yellow granules of pure lecithin.

Does anyone know where I can buy lecithin granules in Bangkok ? I don't want the food supplements or the liquid lecithin, need the granules.
