I don't know how some of you manage to remember how to get out of bed 😊 There is a Pensions Tracing Service Freephone number 0800 731 0175(003 44 800 731 0175). You should be able to get through that way. But it makes no difference as likely you'll be charged for the call either way, unless you are using a VoIP service that doesn't charge for Freephone calls.
