NO! I am talking about people complaining about a Country at war's leader wearing his "war attire" in the same way as Churchill wore his Siren suit during WW11 at very high level meetings.

Zelensky's attire is similar to Churchill's "siren suit" which he invented and wore on many formal occasions. It was his "trademark" War uniform, . It is the same with Zelensky. He did on may occasions wear uniform but as he held no active rank in wartime he preferred the Siren suit!

Good point which I had forgotten! But all that did was to allow Egypt to take control of "their" canal which then rolled over into the Aswan Dam US/USSR stand off which the USSR won!

The only US involvement in the Suez Canal was the joint operations Nimbus Moon & Star (USN) and Rheostat (RN) plus the French navy and UN land support in 1974/75 to clear the Suez canal of any ordinance. I was involved in both RN operations and have many tales to tell about all three Navies!!
