  1. Good advice, would it be "risky" to ask them since i as a foreigner also live in the house..sor kor 1..?
  2. Thanks,i heard this also.and we actually live in the house.
  3. wifes mum have a house in Isaan with no documents(ownership papers) there is no papers, never been. The land title is sor kor 1/government land. She fear once her mum is gone,(my wife is the only child and only have her mum alive),there going to be cousins etc that would be very interested to "take over" if possible. Q: how could my wife protect the house(legally) in case of a dispute?
  4. Im specific interested in the wall ventilator fans,no doors or Windows as the walls facing outside..we are not in the city..safety reasons..
  5. Thank you for reply. Yes plan to cut holes, thin blocks. This room is ground floor,3 walls are to the outside. Its plasterboard on the ceiling. Block walls.
  6. We have a storage room in the house that gets very hot sometimes. There is no ac or Windows(and dont need also). Thinking about wall ventilator fans, would it make a big difference? One ventilator fan to blow the air out only,or 1 for outside air in also(2 fans total)?
  7. Thanks,do we need to bring the bike also or only green book/documents will do?
  8. What documents do i need to bring to the dlt for transfer a motorbike ownership (thai person to another thai)?
  9. Mother in law has some sor kor 1 land but no paper whats so ever, does sor kor 1 land title normally have a document or is it normal there is no documents since its government land(sor kor 1)?
  10. I applied for marriage extension last week and got under consideration until 10 March, same every year,so fairly normal yes.
  11. Similar experience, just i didnt need to sign anything, wife has her maiden name also..i thought we had a one off but seems they get a note on all thais married to foreigner then.
