  1. Thanks,do we need to bring the bike also or only green book/documents will do?

  3. Mother in law has some sor kor 1 land but no paper whats so ever,does sor kor 1 land title normally have a document or is it normal there is no documents since its government land(sor kor 1)?

  6. Thanks,no problem for us also,it was just strange they pointed out(loudly)she (my wife) is married to a foreigner and it looked like could be a problem..as they called in the supervicer before they could proceed.

Wife applied at the land office for transfer some land in to her name(chanote).There was at notice in the computer/from the officer that she was married to a farang and needed to ask her supervicer if the transfer would be ok? I was not present(she was there alone). Have someone else who is married to a thai had the similar experience/questions at the land office?
