Did anyone buy a xiaomi 12(the one with snapdragon 8 gen 1) in thailand and does it comes with NFC that is working in thailand, spec says there is nfc but its region dependent, hence asking.

Car got hit in the back from a speeding stolen motorbike. The guy dont have any id, money and is stoned/high to the limit. Who should pay the excess in this case, me or the insurance company?  I wasnt at fault and the guy causing the accident wont/cant pay anything.

Did you go to this year motorshow in bkk and what are/were the discounts to be had? I seem to recall a few years ago it was about 10% cheaper buying there. Not sure thats still the case?

Is there a parking(short term less than 1 hr) close to the departure hall at suvarnabhumi airport, and if.. are there normally parking available(evening 7-8 pm)? 

Due to 90 day report on the 28 th nov but not home that week, is it 7 day after due date still ok? 7 weekdays or incl sat/sun? 

Is possible to make a new TIN in any province or can it only be done in the province where im residing? Passport, tabien baan, id copy wife/landlord, thats it?

Capital gains and investment income earned by a resident from sources outside Thailand are not taxable unless remitted to Thailand in the year of receipt.

Capital losses may not be offset against capital gains.

Does ibkr report to the thai tax(revenue dep?) if you have your adress/domicile in thailand, or you need do it yourself?  What is the tax % on capital gains in thailand, i read somewhere its 0% and 15% on dividends?

I am spending more time by the coast so I wanted to open a new account -  with a card, and linked to the app/internet banking. No problem for the first 2 parts but I was told they couldn't link to the existing internet banking.

 

Subsequently, I called the (excellent) call centre who informed me that the new account could be linked. I went back to Jomtien K Bank and gently pointed out that it could be done.

I got one after many attempts, I got one helpline manager to see sense. I had 2M in one account, the same account I was using for Lazada and using the atm with a queue of people behind me, I just wasn't happy. She spoke to the branch on my behalf and they organized a second account for me.

 

They even said the same to my wife, who is Thai, she has a small business. I wanted her to keep our monthly expenditures in a different account to her business income. They insisted it was not possible - I tried to ask what provisions they had for small businesses or whatever, let my wife speak to them and we can try and discuss what they could do for her and ways to comply to get a second account. In the end they relented and gave her two accounts.

 

Maybe easier to find a different bank in that province that will allow you to open an account.

I would like to have a 2 nd account in the kbank app to move funds in between.(the bulk not conncted to any card). Will the bank allow me to open another account to link/use in the app,this time as im living in a different province?

Been looking at etoro, ic and ibkr but they all have limited products for trading european indices real time(mini futures). Could anyone recomend/pinpoint a brooker(international) that offers various products on the european indices. 

A friend is arriving on international flight to suvarnabhumi and have limited time to continue to domestic departures, can anyone pinpoint where to go when you come out through the intl arrival hall. Is it same terminal, what level? Its a thaismile flight.
