you probably don't have facebook. In facebook for the last 1-2 years there have been some disputes/wars about cultural differences, what someone stole from someone. Successes of each nation. Hatred has been accumulating. I am only subscribed to groups on facebook about technologies that interest me, but facebook actively pushes all sorts of posts into my feed. Unfortunately, humans are designed in such a way that they cannot live without periodic wars. Especially as long as countries/nations exist, there is a reason for war. Hatred tends to accumulate in humans and war is a good way to let off "steam of hatred". Someday (we will not live to see it) countries will be banned and there will be only one nationality - human. Only then will wars stop. And those people of the future will see the history of our days and be surprised at what savages we were. As we are surprised at the savages of the Stone Age or the savagery of the Inquisition of the Middle Ages.

If green light was for him is OK. Excuse but I can not think like that. Here periodically the crowd of cars/motos can easy ignore traffic lights/signs for few seconds or even more. Traffic regulations have not changed fundamentally since the 70s. There are no "shades of gray" in traffic regulations, there are priorities. A working traffic light has the highest priority. I have already written who is to blame earlier. In Thailand there is a special priority - the farang is to blame for everything. But to be honest, I had a case when the video recording of my recorder completely changed the course of the case. And the farang from the status of the culprit became the victim. The best talisman on the roads of Thailand is a video recorder!

... just an old alcoholic, of which there are plenty among Thais now. He drank himself into oblivion, his health couldn't take it. Many of them still get behind the wheel drunk and maim people. Their Buddhism is misfiring... -

Accident Pattaya Crash: Young Woman Critical After Motorbike Accident
Gaixare replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
what does power have to do with it?! if you don't pay attention on the road! Zoomer X maximum speed is 80-85 km/h. 40 is more than enough to crash in such a situation. -

This is more the behavior of wild animals than civilized people. Excacly! Thanks god not all act like that. this is about me, but I want to add that many (but not all) are also terrible xenophobes. And the source of all this is fear. and Asians are trivially small and hence their fear.

This happened with me about in january 2024: I think I was driving from Chonburi. A 10 km or more motorbike ride tires me out. I was tired and a little angry. I was driving along the beach road. There was a young farmer driving a dirty Honda Wave with a modified straight pipe that was incredibly loud. I showed him the middle finger and pointed at his exhaust pipe. He freaked out. It turns out he was there with his gang. They started chasing me. I tried to escape from them. But at one point the traffic blocked me. The leader was very psychotic and angry (most people who have a Thai wife know what I mean). He ordered his accomplices to attack me. They started to surround me. But I didn’t react at all, not so much because of my courage but because I was very tired from the long road and I didn’t care anymore. I looked into the eyes of one of the accomplices, it was just a child with scared eyes heading towards me. Most likely they had knives and they realized that the time had come to use them. The leader saw that I was not afraid, and his accomplices were afraid to attack me and gave them the order not to touch me. And the green light came on and we drove away.

Report Drunken Brawl Leaves Chaos and Bruised Police in Pattaya

A great incentive to drink alcohol regularly. Thai police will forgive you. In the morning they will give you a bottle of beer to sober you up?
