    Chinese style Funeral Bills. You could buy them from the Vietnamese on the Czech/German Border as well. Always kept a stack in my glove box in Germany just to add confusion if I was robbed. Throwing them in traffic is extremely dangerous. ~ ~ ~ Anywhere. It was in France Or Germany that someone threw them from an Overpass or something and there were wrecks with people in the Hospital.

    Many of the countries that ranked lower have no school system, or only private schools in their major cities. In other countries "Centers of Islamic Learning" are classified as official schools. (But they do learn to read Arabic in that environment).

    From a distance, the story seemed to have the feel of moderate level, semi-violent Schizophrenia. That the Police released the man, without several days of observation baffles me. Looking at his past, and its consistency (lack of), I would have expected further incidences of some sort.

    I haven't seen any analysis concerning the female Dentists he abused, Or more to the point, ~ ~ Analysis of their Husbands, Boyfriends, Lovers. (Quite possibly someone with a bad temper and a love for knives was not amused.) (But the Rottweilers guarding the body are the real question mark.)
