Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches with sliced bananas on them is ALL you should eat prior to your flight. Wash those down with a half gallon of miik. Do NOT & eat 18 sausage balls (Sai krog Issan) and eat 18 peppers right before a 27 hour flight. Bad idea. Ask me how I know......
