  1. Just to remind you that you don't necessarily need to top up to extend validity. With DTAC: Press : *113*30*9# for 30 days extension. Cost 3 Baht Press : *113*60*9# for 60 days extension. Cost 6 Baht Press : *113*90*9# for 90 days extension. Cost 9 Baht Press : *113*180*9# for 180 days extension. Cost 15 Baht With AIS, if you have collected AIS Points, you can use those. 10 Points 30 Days *550*318# 30 Points 180 Days *550*319# 60 Points 365 Days *550*320#
  2. I don't think he can drive the vehicle into the house 😊
  3. I think I had such a plan on an old Windows Phone some time back. A bit laggy for Maps. AIS has a Gadget SIM that supplies 2Mbps for 12 months for 1500 baht. So I would use 2Mbps as a minimum figure and so therefore go for the 4Mbps annual package. AIS often send out promos, but they might not be universal. For example, the latest is a 30 day package of 5GB of 5G full speed data and then 50GB of 15Mbps, for 220 baht per month. *788*4636# It's an existing offer, so no reason why they cannot apply it for you. Another offer for current customers is a 30 day package of 25GB of 5G full speed data and then unlimited 10Mbps for 280 baht. *788*4326# If you like either of those packages, then what I would do if I were you, as a longstanding customer, is to call their Call Centre on 1175 and ask them to put you on it, as it's available to existing customers. I got a friend to do that a while back, on pain of leaving and they put them on an unlimited 10Mbps plan for 200 baht per month. That won't be available now, but they will have option for long term customers pretending thinking of moving to a rival network. For example: Currently all networks are offering unlimited 10 Mbps 30 day packages for 481.50. Tell them you aren't interested in paying 1177 baht as an existing user, so you are thinking of porting your number to TRUE to get that offer. That might secure you unlimited 10Mbps for 481.50, if that is a package that interests you. Three examples. Take your pick and go for it, if any of them look good to you. Call centre only. A shop or service centre aren't likely to help in that way. They'll just offer you unattractive packages. But firstly, buy a day package to test. 24 hours of 10 Mbps is 59 baht. *777*7386# 48 hours 102 baht *777*7387#
  4. Finally? You think I learned today? Intellectual huh?
  5. Please read my reply AGAIN. Make sure that you understand it before replying. You responded waaay too quickly.
  6. I was hoping, by the tone of my question, that you would immediately desist and change the subject. Now I have begun to be concerned about your being alone in Thailand. 😊 I actually felt tears welling up. Let's keep it simple. Take the most expensive plan, Unlimited+ at US$59 + taxes per month. Data Roaming in Thailand would cost US$20(plus any taxes they might conjure up) per GB. They kindly include a one-time credit of US$15, which would give you 750MB of data. After that, time to pay. Yet that US$20 alone, without the need to pay US$60 per month, would get you 50GB per month for three months with an AIS plan.. As your fellow Americans would gaslight you, a US$3000 value. A US$ 6000 value with TRUE/DTAC. You guys don't realise how much you are being gaslit and ripped off. When I see the advertising on your TV channels, my eyes are like saucers. Please, just get a local SIM and forget about the idea, unless you need to keep a US SIM card for banking purpose. Then just get the cheapest to maintain. The other thing is that they will have restrictive practices for International Roaming, in that the SIM is supposedly to be used primarily in the USA. All in all...forgedaboudit. 😊 Enjoy your retirement. I hope you can taste real freedom.
  7. What exactly would be the point of that?
  8. What does any of that to do with me? You make up a scenario and pretend that it's me? Bars? Businessmen? What does any of that have to do with Cambodian girls at Ratanakorn Market? Did you accidentally post on the wrong thread? Weird... Though I hope you feel better after your rant.
  9. No, you are not 'normal'. It's like me getting mad about someone who decides to wear a red shirt. You are responsible for the feelings. that you create. Blaming others for your being mad, doesn't negate the fact that you are mad. Normal is stable. You seem unstable and blaming people who wear masks for your instability. That seems strange, from where I am standing. It takes all sorts I suppose. But you don't seem normal to me.
  10. Because they have a poor reputation. Some of us show them that there are still good people/foreigners out there. Teaching by example. They see it for themselves. Then can tell others that speak badly of us. They can say no, I know some who are just like us. I don't mind if someone says something bad. It makes me even nicer and more respectful.
  11. Are you the example of what is consider normal in the West? If so, I'd rather be in Asia. You seem angry, very angry. When I visited Vietnam, before COVID, everyone on bikes was wearing a mask, due to the traffic pollution. I used to wear a mask in the west when I was out cycling . All normal. When I would take it off, the filter was black with dust. Am I happy that didn't enter my lungs? Most definitely. Go into the Underground in London and then blow your nose. Black dust. But you seem to freak out at the sight of a mask. Not normal. I don't know how old you are, but I advise that you go for a check up, from the neck up. Such anger indicates problems with your brain. Probably all that dust you inhaled.
  12. That MAGA guy announced today that he was leaving. Literally no one cared.
  13. I'm not just a bass player. BTW here's my favourite blind female bass player:
  14. The girls know a dog when they see them.
  15. The one in the middle looks like your Bangkok girl. The one on the left looks like my friend's twelve year old daughter. Enough said on that subject.
  16. I have a girlfriend you idiot. The Cambodian girls and everyone else knows this and respect me. You, on the other hand, are viewed as just another sleazy foreigner, whose hobby is flirting with much younger Cambodian girls.
  17. Seems that you have some kind of mental incapacity. Show me where on Google maps it talks about the specific opening times. Describes the woman who own the 24 hour fruit place in the middle, who also used to run fruit stalls on Pattaya Tai. It's you who knows nothing and is simply excited by the sight of young girls. Pitiful. I school idiots all the time. Like right now.
  18. Also looked down upon if flirting with foreigners. They aren't whores. But some foreigners would like to think they are in with a chance.
  19. You think Cambodians don't have their own language and culture? Why are you insisting on making yourself look a fool?
  20. No. I have good relationships with everyone. I'm not some sleazy foreigner who rents girls.
  21. No. They just don't want to look like hoes for some sleazy foreigner. Speak their language and understand their culture and relationships will be more nuanced.
