  1. Once again, banks refused to do business with Trump because of his reneging. He destroyed his father's real estate empire.
  2. Making personal allegations is vacuous. As for Trump's personal wealth, if he had inherited a fortune you wouldn't have much of a point. But since he didn't...oh wait a minute...
  3. His real estate dealings ended in disaster because banks wouldn't lend him money anymore because of his reneging. He destroyed the real estate empire that his father had built up. So no, reneging is it really bad tactic since people won't want to do business with you anymore. I don't understand how that cannot be obvious to anyone.
  4. Another celebration of right wing canceled culture.
  5. Yes you can say whatever he wants. But he did violate two treaties when he refused to rule out a military invasion of Greenland.
  6. Your idea of a businessman is someone who reneges on his deals?
  7. Teaching other nations not to trust him when it comes to making deals is how he wanted it to work out? Being seen to back down is how he wanted it to work out? Is there no TACO too far for you?
  8. An invasion that Trump refused to rule out.
  9. I do wonder how right-wingers feel about that board considering that 13 out of the 20 members are Muslims from Muslim nations.
  10. Right wingers have been sharing that fantasy for years now and repeatedly predicting its imminence. The world is still waiting.
  11. First off, not quite 50% of American voters voted for Trump. And now there's quite a bit of buyers regret going around. The result of that game being that even if you negotiate an agreement with Trump, you can't depend on him to keep his word? Keep consoling yourself with your nonsense.
  12. If you've got better evidence please share it. Like maybe how the Hispanic vote massively reverted in 2025 elections? As for 3 years more? You have a crystal ball for the midterms?
  13. I speak with evidence to back me up. What you speak with is, well, nothing.
  14. It's a nothing that the majority of Americans think is a something.
  15. First of all, it was Yagoda who drew that distinction. But actually, to be fair, he shares that view with the majority of Americans. They remember how Trump has repeatedly claimed that he was going after the dangerous criminals, the murderers, the rapists, etc. So when they see that the majority of the people are nothing of the sort, they feel that they've been lied to. Which is not unreasonable, since that's the case. I will say this for Trump. His most popular issue is still immigration: https://www.natesilver.net/p/trump-approval-ratings-nate-silver-bulletin He's only down 11.7%
  16. Says the party judging them. Where does your righteousness come from? What authority granted it to you?
  17. Well, it's good to see that at least you're making a distinction between "criminal illegal aliens" and illegal aliens. An implicit acknowledgement that theres a difference. Maybe soon you'll come to recognize that illegal aliens have a lower crime rate than do native Americans.
  18. Similar in sentiment to just shoot them all and let God sort out the bad ones from the good ones.
  19. Has it occurred to you to read past the headlines?
  20. I think you need to learn the difference in meanings between mediator and enabler.
  21. This sad ploy of yours will earn you nothing except some well-deserved scorn.
  22. Just one example: As someone earlier pointed out, Trump claimed that he couldn't find any wind farms in China. Virtually all of his speeches are fact-check disasters. He is obviously a deeply ignorant person. And clearly there is something deeply wrong with somebody who cites lack of a Nobel prize to partly justify his aggressive plans. I know there is one member here who's a big fan of the Nazis, but I didn't know we had an actual one here. Thanks for letting me know.
  23. You're right. He said disinfectant, not bleach. Exactly how do you know what he meant? Because it's a ridiculous claim? Wouldn't that be par for course when it comes to Trump?
