  1. And that essential nature was considered irrelevant by most of the Founding Fathers. Maybe you can find some evidence where Madison or Jefferson or George Washington claimed that the essential nature of the USA was Christian? And while there was racial discrimination, is there any evidence of religious discrimination? If a white man decided to follow Islam, would he lose his citizenship? It's not about the Government? So what positions of power are Muslims holding that pose a threat to the USA?
  2. Trump Says U.S. Is ‘Locked and Loaded’ if Iran Kills Protesters If Iran “violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States of America will come to their rescue,” Mr. Trump said in a post on Truth Social early Friday morning. “We are locked and loaded and ready to go.” https://archive.ph/Bvjrv This seems likely.
  3. In other words, you don't engage with facts or arguments. All you offer is empty accusation. Still nothing.
  4. Is that whyw the Founding Fathers omitted any mention of God in the Constitution? Because the US was a Christian nation? Why James Madison, known as the Father of the Constitution, and the party most responsible for the First Amendment, explicitly opposed chaplains for Congress and the military because they were unconstitutional? Because the US was a Christian nation?
  5. The heart of the Jewish Bible, the five books of Moses, devotes celebrates how a Jewish tribe faced many vicissitudes, warred its way into the land promised to them by God, and to fulfill that promise, slaughtered the previous inhabitants when they got there. So inspirational.
  6. Once again, making it personal. You've got less than nothing.
  7. Once again, making it personal. You've got less than nothing.
  8. The same kind of moronic thinking that said if you opposed the Iraq War that meant you were on the side of Saddam and Al Qaeda.
  9. In other words, you've got nothing.
  10. I've got to say, so far Muslims have been seriously underperforming as an existential threat. Remember the Iraq war? And how the anti-Muslim lunatics claimed that Al-Qaeda was allied with Saddam Hussein? I'm definitely not on the side of paranoia and ignorance. That's clearly more your bailiwick.
  11. Taxes were imposed on non Muslims? Too awful to contemplate...at least for right wingers for whom taxes are the ultimate horror. Why didn't somebody call on the ACLU to fight this vile practice? Other folk might consider repeated expulsion of Jews from Christian countries somewhat worse. And then there were pogroms and mass slaughters of Jews which were a consistent feature of Christian nations. But it's a good thing that Christian nations didn't imposes taxes on Jews..oh wait a minute... From gemini.ai Servitium (or Judengeld): Payments made by Jews for the "protection" of rulers, often replacing feudal labor obligations, common in Spain, France, and Germany. Leibzoll (or Judengeleit): A toll Jews had to pay to travel or even live in certain areas, essentially a fee for personal passage and safety. Tincta Judeorum: A special tax on dye, paid only by Jewish merchants. Royal/Papal Fees: Popes and kings charged Jews large sums for charters granting privileges or renewals of rights.
  12. Or maybe you haven't a clue about how the actual history of Islam. Pretty much throughout the Islamic world Jews and Christians were allowed to live and work. Some areas like Persia, Arabia and parts of North Africa were quite intolerant. Others, like Morocco, Spain, Egypt, what is now Syria, Israel, Iraq were quite tolerant for most of their history, And the Moghuls on the Indian subcontinent were quite tolerant of Hindus who were idol worshippers. Muslim-ruled countries were certainly far more tolerant than those for who subscribed to the New Testament. Do you think Jews fled to Palestine because the Muslims were persecuting them? A thinking person might contemplate looking elsewhere than sacred text to understand these discrepancies.
  13. If that were the case, why is it that large Christian and Jewish communities prospered in much of the mideast until well into the 20th century? Why weren't they exterminated Under Turkish rule? Eastern Europe remained largely Christian. Christians and Jews mostly fared well in Muslin Spain until the Catholic kings reconquered it. It's estimated that about 300,000 Jews were murdered. You know who took the most of rest of the Jews in? Turkey. Others fled to Muslim Morocco.
  14. Another clueless comment. You're on a roll.
  15. More cluelessness. I guess you need an explanation of what should be obvious. 2 sentences of yours from the same post: "You spew hate towards 50% or more of the posters on this board. Daily." "What did you do before the net, write "Trump sucks and so do his employees" on the bathroom wall of the Chambers St subway station?" Anyway, thanks for the entertainment.
  16. Thanks for the clueless irony.
  17. As previously noted to you, whether or not the Senate convicted him, it is not a criminal trial. It has no bearing on what the DOJ does.
  18. If there's 2 outcomes warranted by this situation it's that working parents be punished for having children and children be punished for having working parents. Minnesota Families Are Rattled by Threat to Cut Federal Aid for Child Care Day care center owners said that they could go out of business in a matter of weeks. Parents said they feared the move could force them to quit jobs or put off studies so that they could care for their children. “Many families in Minnesota are living paycheck to paycheck as it is,” said Maria Snider, who runs a day care center in St. Paul. If parents have to quit work to care for children, she said, families could end up homeless. https://archive.ph/UCbmz
  19. I'm not surprised that you wouldn't be surprised. I think it's facts that you find shocking.
  20. You definitely did answer it. It's a pity that the answer wasn't correct. What evidence is there that Hunter Biden was a drug trafficker?
  21. WATCH: Trump says he ended friendship with Epstein because he 'stole people that worked for me' "He hired help and I said, 'Don't ever do that again,'" Trump said. "He stole people that worked for me. I said, 'Don't ever do that again.' He did it again, and I threw him out of the place, persona non grata." "I threw him out and that was it. I'm glad I did, if you want to know the truth," Trump added. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/watch-trump-says-he-ended-friendship-with-epstein-because-he-stole-people-that-worked-for-me
  22. It's always sad when someone appoints themselves the referee and declares themselves the victor. Once again. you made a huge generalization, but all you've got is Joanne Chesimard and a small number of people who defend her. Got anything recent for evidence? Next thing you know, you'll be claiming that the major news from the release of the Epstein files is possible illicit ties to someone who was last President 25 years ago but not possible illicit ties to someone who is currently President. You seem to be living in the past.
  23. Senate trials are not criminal trials.
  24. Joanne Chesimard's trial was in 1977. One democratic congressman recently posted praise of her. From this you jump to "Democrats dont celebrate cop killers?" This justifies a generalization? And was Russel Means ever convicted of murdering a police officer?
