Agreed. The "article" implies the 800,000 baht retirement Visa is replaced by the LTV when it isn't at all. I can't think of 1 fundamental visa rule that has changed in the 20 plus years I've lived here.

Getting visas for int. students is very difficult with many demands to maintain-if they can get one at all. Interesting times!
