    Temu does business in the USA and the stuff they sell is ultra-inferior knockoffs and that is it. Some of it is downright dangerous. It is cheap however.

    Just like cheating at the Olympics is a sport for the Chinese so are Chinese illegal businesses and scam centers

    If the government wants to succeed it needs to raise the visa requirements for Chinese.

    Somehow the ocean pollution around Pattaya will suddenly and magically go away. The combined sewer overflows will suddenly fix themselves.

    Honestly, $99k salary in Washington, DC is very low. I am sure the benefits are great though.

    Maybe they included catching diseases or being overcharged as a risk.

    Bangkok is not just risky because of the people. Think of the infrastructure and how poor it is maintained, if at all. Not to mention the building codes, or lack of them or the enforcement of them. Ever see thousands wires coming out of a single electrical box on the street? Then we can move on to riding moto taxis and in cars. Soi dogs. The list of dangers is endless.

    I think big factors in the foreigner death toll are many foreigners that come here have mental problems, here have trouble adapting to life here, have too much too much free time and nothing better to do with it than drink and do drugs, and don't have any or many friends here.
