What is the difference between the medicine from Europe and from Thailand/India?

Firstly, HIV has no bearing on your visa or work permit - there are no laws here denying either due to your HIV status.

If there are no laws that denying you stay in Thailand when you are HIV positive, then please explain me, why the Nong Khai Immigration reply me with this:

Thai Law on Immigration, Section 12 says following:

“Aliens whom fall into any of the following categories are excluded from entering into the Kingdom:”

And paragraph 4 under Section 12 says:

“Being mentally unstable or having any of the diseases as prescribed in the Ministerial Regulations”

In the mentioned regulation HIV is clearly stated as one the diseases.

So, if you enter Thailand you will be violating the Law, and since this is a point where we are quite strict, you will be imprisoned and deported when we found out.

How can we found out? There are many ways how we do that, and it happens not too rare that we do.

We are deeply sorry but forget about Thailand. The consequences of breaking our Laws in this regard are far too serious, and the risk of getting caught doing so is quite high.

But as many other write here at the forum, just keep a low profile, then I guess there is no reason not to settle down in Thailand.

What is excatly the problem with the Penang office?

Yes....they only issue 3 months non-mmigrant visas...no multiple entry....but anyway, you can extend your visa at the immigration office.

If you want a holiday, well, then Penang is crap.....do as I did....take the boat to Langkawi and enjoy beautiful beaches and clean water. At Cenang beach there are plenty of cheap rooms directly on the beach from 40 RM/Night ( 400 Baht/Night).

Even if they issued a visa by accident it would not be a valid visa. The first time you utilize it the Immigration officer would see that you were in Thailand when the visa issued. You'd show up on his computer.

What if I leave Thailand, go for a holiday in Malaysia, mail my application to the Thai Embassy in Copenhagen (they are very keen to provide applicants with multiple entry non-immigrant visas!). Then they maybe will mail me my passport back to Malaysia with a new visa for Thailand?

Maybe it's worth trying?

Or maybe it's not too clever?

Any ideas on this guys? Will they give us a loan to cover the remaining cost of the house?

So my advice to you..... forget the loan....there must be another possibility, maybe a down payment?

And the land you can lease in your own name for 30 years.After 30 years you can extend the lease with another 30 years.

I am on my way to register a company and in that connection apply for a work permit.

I am told, if my company are in the travel business, then I need a document from my home country, that I earlier have been employed in a travel agency or something similar??!!

I also want to do visa service. And real estate.

But in my home country I have never done anything in this sort of business, so I have no documents!

Do I also need my school papers? Examinations i.e.?

I dont like sitting in a minibus for a whole day. When I go to Burma I usually stay one night at Club Andaman and enjoy myself at the casino and go back to Phuket following day.

You go by car/motorbike or by bus from Phuket town. When you step off the bus in Ranong you can call Club Andaman pier and they will pick you up with a comfortable minibus for just 100 baht.

But most of the time I take a flight to Hat Yai (35 minutes), take a taxi to Sadao border, walk in/out of Malaysia and then back to Hat Yai for one day/night holiday. I like Sakura Grandview, they charge 980 baht for one night. (The hotels at 600 baht range is really budget so the few hundred extra you pay is well worth it.)

Sakura is in the middle to both Pink Lady complex/Hollywood disco and to the dodgy area at the other end, small karaoke bar/brothels area.

Is Club Andaman at the Burma side? How do you get from Ranong to the Burma side?

How much Club Andaman charge for a room?

How is the casino facilities?

Sounds to me more like the snakeheads (human smuggling groups) are expanding to Thailand as they may can't do it more from Malaysia.

A few years he could get the right contacts but since 9/11 things have changed in Thailand to the better and immigration staffs are no longer more taking the risks for a couple of thousand baht.

I am aware of the human smugling......but all I smugle is cheap cigarettes

This is the same Danish guy who offered his visa business for sale in Pattaya, he set up shop in Malaysia and is trying to run the same business. Hopefully with more success now...

I wonder why someone in Malaysia would try to get a Schengen Visa in Bangkok. Or why a visa agency in Bangkok would have to pay a Malaysian agency for work done in Bangkok. It's not logical.

Hi Dutchy.....yes I am the same guy....and the visa shop in Pattaya is still for sale.... I was and am fed uo with Pattaya.

It WAS my intension to settle in Malaysia, and actually I was living at Langkawi. Wonderful island.... but boring!! Nothing to do....

So now I have settled at Phuket..... wonderful island.....

Well....at the time I run the visa shop in Pattaya it WAS a success, and for the new owner it's also be a success, if he follows my advice.....CHEAP visas with professional assistance.....

And I will also succeed here at Phuket for sure......just need someone to assist me in BKK.....

I know how to fill in the papers.

What I need is someone who lives in or near BKK and who will "do the visa runs" for me and my customers.
