Just come back to Jomtien from Pattaya and I saw 15 quad bikes in the place that I mentioned previously......some rental and some for sale.

I suspect that this will get moved to the Visa Section but here is my two-pence: You will need to change your visa type to a Non Immigrant O then apply for an extension. You will need to show that you have had 40,000 baht per month income retrospectively for the previous three months as well as the other supporting documentation when applying for an extension based on marriage to a Thai national.

I am sure lopburi3 will fill you in on the bits that I may have missed if you repost this in the Visa section.

Anyone have experience to change a tourist visa to an extension of stay due to marriage at the immigration of Jomtien,i am belgian ,58 years old,married since 08.12.2006 in thailand and prove of income of more than 40.000 bath monthly,my tourist visa expire the 10.03.2007,thanks.

In the basement at Tucom they've got a couple of different models, quite cheap.

Goes without saying though really, if you go for a unknown make you're going to have problems later if you need parts.

Also think about parking, generally you need a car parking space for them if your using them in the city.

I've seen some for sale on the left hand side at the bottom of Thappraya Road heading into Pattaya from Jomtien. The location is opposite the "Captain's Corner" Steak & Barbecue Restaurant. I don't know the price.
