i have a holding company set up. been in circulation for about 2 years. i set it up so that i could buy my land and build a house on it. hopefully for sale.

so far i have been on a tourist visa becuase i have been witing for things such as an address for my house, now i have to put a shop sign about the house.

doesn anybody know what documents i need and is it abosulty neccessary that i get a business visa when i am not actually working i am just a forgeign invester. paying money for someone else to work for me.

ha ha, makes me laugh in stupid kind of way. the thai's can't even build roads to withstand lorries over in this part of thailand. i would hate to see a road to take jumbo jets and other aircrafts going over it all day and night.

this ain't the first time this has happened. i had to be diverted in mid air over samui airport to phuket becuase it was too dangous to land and we were running out of fuel.

afterwards you could see peoples finger prints in the arms rests

thanks for that info. i live in a water tower. the water is not 100 percent clean. is it worth getting a water filter. will this help stop the spead of bacteria or will could the desease grow anyway.

i herd that the 2 that were shot were out on a yabba and coke drug binge for about 4 days. when the thais demanded there money. the 2 that were shot told them to go f- themselves. so the thais came back and shot them.

lesson for those out there. the thais are relaxed but they don't take sh-t specailly when money is involved and yaabaa

i live samui 4 years and had no problems. like most places there is trouble if you look for it.

the most dangous thing in samui is motor bike taxi's and not getting ripped off my the missaerble yellow taxi drivers who hide thier meters under the dash bord so they for the tourist to pay large amount notes.

if anything reuins samui it won't be the beautiful new buildings or the drugs it will be those ponsing little annoying taxi drivers. just ignore them. they don;t even deserve a response. the rest of samui is fine. little bit more expensive than the rest of thailand but it has an island feel to it and the police are more relaxed but firm round here which makes it more enjoyable than the rest of thailand or more different.
