If somebody needed to do a Non B in Vientiane is it possible or is Laos still closed?
-
We want to hire a Philippines citizen and he needs a non B which consulate in the neighboring countries can he apply with WP3.
-
The reason I am asking is because my client is the managing director of a company and has a work permit yet the embassy website requires an employment contract. But how is it in practice?

The embassies and consulates that were issuing multiple entry non-o visas before only did them based upon marriage. They would only do a single entry non-o for being the parent of a Thai.
Penang was issuing the multiple entry non-o visa for being the parent of a Thai if you had proof of 400k baht in a bank or proof of 40k baht income.
So now my friend got the Non O from the embassy in Rome so can he renew it at neighboring country as he does not want to show the money

No idea why I contact Chula and Kasetsart but get no responses

The US embassy does not certify translations.
You can use any translation service and then have the translation certified by the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. Most translation service can do the certification for you for a additional fee.
Info for the certification is here. https://consular.mfa.go.th/th/publicservice/ขั้นตอนการรับรองเอกสาร
Thanks you. Much appreciated

In case somebody would like convert a tourist visa to a Non B and the immigration requires and translation of the evidence of education into Thai. But can any translating service be used or does it have to be a transaltor approved by the US embassy.

As long he has Dutch passport, he can get a visa.
I know few Dutch people, none were registered there, who had to go from offshore work first to the Netherlands to pick up a visa and then were able to return to Thailand. Before covid, most did visa exempt entries.
It works but the applicant has to be in the Netherlands and attach the exit stamp as well

He is no longer registered as a resident but will he still be able to get the visa he he returns for a holiday?

Hi. I understand that immigration in Chaengwattana frowns upon renewing volunteer visa which were approved locally. However if the volunteer visa was given by the Thai Embassy in the UK would that be a different story?
-
At the end some poor scapegoatwould be blamed for it or did he have something to do with it?
-
is it still possible to do one year marriage visa or only 90 days?

Can't they just let the poor girl rest in peace and police quietly do their investigation. I think Thailand has much more serious problemd with the hike of prices and the effects of the situation in Ukraine will bite here soon

The visa is still valid till January 2023. Can the employer cancel the visa online or by using a photocopy of my friend's passport?
Is it possible to legalize document at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs without online apointment?
