  7. a friend got their Thailand pass approved on 22 Dec (test and go) based on the 30 day exempt but in the meantime she got a 90 day visa from the embassy. Does she need to change the visa in the approved Thailand Pass or can she just show the QR code and show the 90 day visa to the immigration at the airport. She is does not want to apply the new Thailand Pass because it would mean 14 day quarantine for her. Do they check the visa on the Thiland pass?
  8. Thanks Joe. He expects the paperwork to arrive on the 6 so he will be overstaying for two days but I wonder twill they still allow him to renew the visa or will he have to start from scratch?
  9. Non B is expiring on the 3rd yet cannot renew yet as the owner of the company is abroad and cannot send the signed documents on time. What to do? Pay late fines or do the Covid Visa and will that affect the current work permit?

  13. Thanks. So she is going to the UK for the Christmas holidays. So she can come back on a clean 30 day entry stamp and we can try to convert that one to a non volunteer visa. Does that sound feasible?
  14. If she has a partner living in the UK can this partner issue her a residence certificate?
  15. My firend is visiting someone over Christmas in London. The problem is she is not a residence. Would coming in on a tourist visa and converting it to a volunteer visa at the Chaengwattana immigration be an option?
  16. In London. So basically the story is that the applicant go to work permit true our foundation however the immigration in chaengwattana would not issue the volunteer Visa because the original Visa was from an agent so needs to leave the country to get a clean slate and start new

  20. A friend is interested in doing a living revocable trust for his son but is not sure if Thai law firms can do this or does he have to do a will / Testament
