Good news M friend managed to get the 90 days from London by e visa

a friend got their Thailand pass approved on 22 Dec (test and go) based on the 30 day exempt but in the meantime she got a 90 day visa from the embassy. Does she need to change the visa in the approved Thailand Pass or can she just show the QR code and show the 90 day visa to the immigration at the airport. She is does not want to apply the new Thailand Pass because it would mean 14 day quarantine for her. Do they check the visa on the Thiland pass?
