I woujd like to apply a non O volunteer visa for my coworker. The immigration requires a request letter from the government at department level to support the application. Does anyone have any experience in this as the immigration only says they need it but won't tell me how to.

Perhaps yes but at the moment I have no means to maintain this business. So can I leave it idle lets say for a year or two or would I be hassled by revenue or police?

Can I just stop paying taxes and walk away from the business or do I have to close it officially but it would be difficutl as I do not have the money to pay a lawyer to close it.

So in that case would you recommend her to let it expire and the do the Covid as she does not have the funds to return and be quaratined in her country?

If that fails can she still get the Covid visa?

You are saying that if my friend shows up at the Korat immigration with her passport and wants to cancel the non o volunteer visa however no paperwork from the foundation as the volunteer visa was obtained though an agency her cancellation will be rejected?

What if the foundation in Korat is a foundation provided by an agent and not supportive and will not provide paperwork? Can she still cancel the visa?

If somebody cancels their current visa can they immediately do their Covid amnesty and do they still need a letter from the embassy?

A friend of mine is currently on a non O volunteer visa from Korat however she wants to start working at a foundation in Bangkok. The immigration in Bangkok requests my friend to cancel her current volunteer visa in Korat. My question is that if she cancels her visa in Korat does she apply for the Covid amnesty visa extension in Korat or in Bangkok and does she need a letter from the embassy or can she use an own decalration letter?

So by "overstay" they mean that I have to submit more than 14 days before he reporting day?

We were informed that applications now have to be filed 3 days in advance and that you will be called by the immigration officer and can no longer walk in. Anyone have expierinced this? Thanks
