  1. Interesting. Yes, Visa and Mastercard and other similar bankcards are indeed loans. In my case, they are short term loans because I pay my balances monthly.

  3. Thanks. Yes, I read that yesterday. The list shows only those things that are NOT acceptable for deduction, like beer, tobacco, fuel, etc. It is not clear what IS acceptable.
  4. I have seen all of the common personal deductions, but one that I have not seen any specifics on is the deduction of 50,000 baht for goods and services. Are there any specifics on this? Would it include hospital services, purchase of major appliances, major auto repair, etc.?
  5. Am I to understand that if the individual calculates that they owe NO tax that they do NOT have to file a return? Thanks.
  6. Where can I find an up to date list of all of the TEDA? I have been unable to find it on that Thailand Revenue Department website.
