I received a quote from a company called Docshipper for shipping some household good to the US. I received an invoice from them and tried to pay. I tried a wire transfer from a major US bank to an account in Belgium, and it was refused for fraud protection. I tried to pay with a credit card from another US bank and it was refused. The rep told me that international charges are often refused, although this seems odd on 2023. Are they trying to tell me something. Is Docshipper legit? Anybody have experience with this company? Thanks.

I need to ship approximately 1 cu. meter of personal goods, by ship and mostly books in boxes, from Thailand to the US. I'll need pickup here (Khon Kaen) and delivery in the US (San Francisco). I'm under a time crunch so I will need pickup here not later than September 1. I'm not concerned with transit time. Has anybody had experience with this type of shipping? Thanks.
