Can anyone recommend a good breakfast place in BKK? I do like the breakfasts served in some of the pubs here, but I'm looking for a place / buffet which serves coldcuts, cheese and freshly baked bread and some good coffee. I assume one of the hotels, but which one?

I rather doubt you know the full circumstances so you're way too quick to state who should be prosecuted.
The full circumferences are, there were two adults who chose not to go out and earn money, but instead stayed at home - even after the inheritance money dried up - and slowly let their child starve to death. There isn't a single, able-bodied Thai in this country who can't get a job here. The jobs might not be great, might not pay a lot, but it's better than watching children starving.

Man you're too funny. Nurse salaries are around 30-40k
Let's assume then, based on your suggestion, that she earned 30k-40k / month. Saving 20k / month x 40 years would be 9.6m. That still gives her 20k / month to live on. Millions of people live here on that - and less. What's so funny about that?

Don't they have a labour shortage ?
No, there are enough able bodied people to do the work. The problem is, finding people here who want to work.

How does a nurse have 12M Baht unless it was inherited?
By NOT having a lavish lifestyle, by living a simple life, by living within her means, by taking public transport, by not buying the latest iPhone everytime Apple brings out a new model, by not eating out every night of the week, etc. etc. etc.
Some people here pad out their meager earnings by having a small business on the side.
Living a frugal life can have it's rewards in the long-term.

Should be back on the frontline in Ukraine keeping Putin's troops at bay instead of pi$$ing around abroad.

What, if any, consequences might there be for visiting websites which do not "have a secure connection with http"?

Its not slower than paying with cash, I find it faster.
Sometimes it can be a lot slower, not always obviously.

As others have said, as customers we should have the choice/right to pay in cash or cashless. Ramming one option down our throats could end up backfiring on companies.

The store owner publicly urged them to return the stolen items or pay before facing legal action.
They should also be urged to put on a shirt or T-shirt before going into a store. They're not on the beach any more.

Who's going to revoke the right to stay here of Thai nationals who allow their dogs to roam unleashed and, in some cases, cause injury?
Put nationalities aside and crack down on all those who do not abide by the law. Nationality should not be an issue in the eyes of the justice system.

The buses are not the problem. The problem is bus drivers driving those vehicles are unacceptable and uncontrollable speeds and the BIB don't do a thing about it!

Glad there are no other, more pressing problems here.

I know a few people who have brought back tomato, lettuce, carrot, etc. etc. etc. seeds for personal use in their luggage and they have never had any problems.

Am (finally) getting ready to put in a solar power water pump (from Thaiwatsadu GIANTTECH Centrifugal Electric Solar Pump (DCPM50-17-110-1500 DC 110V) Power 1500W) but can't for the life of me figure out how many solar panels I will need. The hardware store has Solar Panel MONO Crystalline JA JAM60S20-380/MR Power 380. I need to water between 1 and 1.5 rai. How can I calculate how many panels I will need?

If you go to a hardware store and look at the kits they sell, I'm pretty sure you'll find the address of the manufacturer printed on the package.

Have you checked out potential 7/11 take out sales ? Tourists are savvy these days,
You beat me to it. In a lot of those stores tourists buying snacks, microwave dinners, sandwiches, etc. can be seen.

I need to know the growing calendar for Surin. When do I plant my tomatoes? Please help me find some reference to when to plant. It seems that anything will grow anytime but many plants bolt or fail to fruit. Please help.
I live in Korat, not too far from Surin, and I plant my tomato seeds around mid to late August, in the grow house where they are protested from the rain. Then, just as the rainy season is abating (early-mid October), I plant them out in the garden. After that, they really just burst with growth. About 2 - 3 weeks after planting the first lot of seeds, I sow a second round. That way, I can extend my growing season well into January and even mid February when temperatures start picking up. Tomatoes here need the cool nights to blossom. When the fruit starts growing, I spray them every 7 to 10 days with wood vinegar to protect them from insects. I also plant insect repelling plants like basil (Italian) or Marigolds to protect from insects.

If she were smart, she wouldn't need to prostitute herself like this as she'd be able to make money in a more professional way.
