The banks are refusing to provide loans to pay the farmers.
The courts are holding 40 + billion stolen from TS that could go to the farmers.
But where are the farmers protesting? At the banks or courts? No, somewhere out in no man's land that nobody cares about.
It seems if you want your protests to get people's attention, you need to take them to the appropriate places in Bangkok.
The courts are holding 40 + billion stolen from TS that could go to the farmers.
Not according to Thaksin, in Forbes magazine he claims that the government returned 30 billion of his money. As for paying the farmers, seems like no farmers are complaining in Issan. Thaksin once said that you should vote for him if you expect to get anything from his government, i guess he wasn't lying....that time.
No way was it stolen from him!!!!!!

For those of us not in the know where is CNX????

Have to wait until your 30 days are up...very frustrating!!! You can add on various data plans but tend to work out expensive . See http://truemoveh.truecorp.co.th/3g/toppings/iplay/entry/654

Turn right at Phanom Sarakham to Sanam Chai Khet. Follow 3259 through Tha Takiap and Khao Ang Luea Nai Wildlife Reserve ( may see wild Elephants if you are lucky!!). You can either keep on 3259 until it meets 317 and turn left to Sa Kaeo or turn left earlier on minor road 3434 to Khao Chakan and then join 317 to Sa kaeo.
Much more pleasant road than the death trap 359

I had a Xedos 9 with the Miller cycle engine. Excellent car and brilliant engine!

Nice to drive my Nissan morning and night with the heater on. Lovely.
You have a heater in car? Must be import, Thai cars don't have it.
My Thai made Ford Fiesta has a heater!!!!!!

Very good Thai/Chinese guy on Sri Chan road in Khon Kaen. Just up from Charoen Thani Hotel on right hand side when going towards Kalasin. Much better than Top Charoen who in my experience are rubbish. There is one of their shops almost next door to the one I recommend.

How old are the trees? How many years after planting before you get a crop? Where in Thailand are you? Sorry about all the questions but I have 10 rai I am just deciding what to do with. 16,000 baht profit per rai is good i think

Can't imagine drivers here even have a log book. They should fit tachographs to all buses and lorries and check on them routinely

I like that font. Not difficult to read

There are several other universities in Khon Kaen. North Eastern University and Rajamangala (www.rmuti.ac.th/eng) to name just 2. I think there are at least 2 more but not sure of their names. Maybe try a Google.

Our Yamaha Mio is getting more and more unreliable so I think it's time for a new bike. It will be used by my wife and her young adult daughters (not by me). It will only be used for running around town with sometimes a trip to the nearest big town - 50km round trip.
I favour the Click ( and so does the oldest daughter) but my wife and other daughter like the Spacy or Scoopy.
Any advice from current owners of any of these bikes would be gratefully received. Also before I make the trip to the dealer in town what sort of price could I expect to pay? I've been told (all approx) Spacy 42,000 scoopy 46.000 Click 48,500
Thanks!

I just wanted to be able to add more data several times during the life of a plan. For example if I have used up my 5gb after 7 or 8 days of a 30 day plan I would like to add more data and when that is used up add more. This might happen 3 or 4 times before the end of a plan time wise. At the moment I shuffle 4 SIMS throughout a month!! I have tried cancelling but without success. Maybe I was just unlucky and will try again.
Having said all this for some reason my latest 5gb plan which has run out of data is still giving me a reasonable speed...far better than usual when data expired!!
-
Is anyone aware if True have any plans that are data only and not tied into a length of time??? I am currently having to juggle 4 SIMS as I always use the data before the time limit and can't renew until the end of that time. Has to be True as that is the only service i can get out in the sticks where I live.
-
Have tried this *900*8903# to add some data to my 30 day 5gb on which i have used my limit but all I get is an SMS which tells me it is not available. Also tried it on a SIM where plan had expired and got same message. Is this the correct number??

Look at Khon Kaen Vithes Suksa www.kkvs.co.uk
Excellent school. Effectively an International school but doesn't use the terminology because of the problems that can cause with University entry in Thailand.
The new KK International school only just getting off the ground and I would steer clear for a few years until established to see what it's standards are

Hudl got a fairly poor review in Android magazine. They said there are far better tablets available for very little more

The photos are great but the vehicles look far too smart and roadworthy. There are none as good as that in my area. Most of the ones I see look as if they will fall apart any minute!
I'll see if I can get some photos and post
Just in passing I am reliably informed (by my SWAMPO!!!!!) that the correct name for these vehicles is E-tan
