Flying back to USA, most all approved testing locations are in Bangkok.  Does anyone know of approved testing locations in Pattaya.  Must test within 72 hours before departure.  Thank you and price info also!

I asked the developer of our Condo. His new one behind "The Avenue"  the Grand Pattaya is hopefully a perfect fit as he speaks English with no accent and can be a liaison between new condo owners and workers.  

Looking for a local place to rent for no less than 3 months so my Thai son can relocate and find a job.  He speaks fluent English and his mother and I want him to move from Chaiyaphum, we have a condo in Cosy Beach.  Many expats know of affordable housing or possibly prices and name of property.

It needs to be sparsely furnished( bed ,small fridge, microwave and laundry services nearby.  He will not have transportation as we want to see if he can get a decent job as a Thai citizen.  So should be central location in Pattaya.  Thanks in advance as we plan to find him housing this coming  week.

My set is in dire need of all new grips.  Can anyone recommend a shop or golf club that they have used and been happy with?

Was planning to play a 2 times a week and wanted some suggestions of courses nearby Pattaya.  I am a member of PSC so I get reduced fee listed on their website but wanted to know which course our worth driving too as their are too many to choose from.  I will play Siam CC as the sports day cost with Caddy is about $125(inc tip)  Wanted to put that high on my bucket list as its one of Thailand finest.

Any suggestions based on your experience is greatly appreciated.

Returned to Chonburi and had went to one of my favorite establishments back in the day when it was Pastrami on Rye.  Brought a article from Honolulu Newspaper (June 16, 2019) and it mentioned this restaurant and had a photo along with others throughout our Universe that our associated to Hawaii food establishments worldwide.

Meet the new Owners (Jessie and her son Jackie) and they were flattered to see the actual clipping: which I knew I would be stopping by planning on giving it to James the prior American owner.     I was happy to have eaten their Cuban Sandwich and it was authentic and excellent tasting.  Little did she know I had eaten many Cuban Sandwiches in Havana in 2018.  They are keen to doing a promotion for Expats and Members of Thai Visa group.

I suggested free drink with any entrée would that lure many members to go?  As if you go once you will return most likely as they have a excellent Breakfast set and free 5G Wifi and AC.  

Your feedback on what promotion would work as they have food we all like when not eating Thai dishes.

Anyone live near Pratunmnak (Cosy Beach/ 125 baht for the hour) I'm looking for a Tennis game 4.0 best time is 8 am before the heat of the day.  If interested please message me I have extra racquet should you not have one.  Last topic is I brought my golf clubs and would like to play some quality courses on Sports Day any recommendations as I'm not interested in playing out of any of the local Golf Club where they have weekly games.

I wanted any recommendations for best course/ value near Pattaya?  plan to play 2-3 times a week Siam CC is high on my list.

My index is a 13 would gladly drive and pickup any golfers who would like to join me prefer early mornings.

How to remove the listings from Airbnb and Booking.com. Tried just a minute ago but unlikely to remove as I reported it on Airbnb but unlikely to result in the removal of the ad. Can write them and fine them stating rentals in our project less than 30 days is illegal and print out and fine them. I am leaving the committee after two years. Best to document the illegal listing and fine them to start a file as legal lawsuit is slow course of action in my opinion.

Having informed and posted that rentals less than 30'days is illegal. Regardless the original builder is still operating a hotel without a proper license and many foreign owned units as well as a determinant to the property. 

How can we truly get Goverment or proper authority to put a stop. It was voted at Annual meeting to fine each unit but Juristic doesn't seem to enforce the rules and bylaws. 

Anyone had any success.  How would you suggest other than starting a legal lawsuit?

I have lived in Thailand on and off for 13 years.  Daiso is the only shop I have ever found steel wool.  Big difference from Big C steel sponges used to clean your pots and pans. 

Steel wool I use professionally as I own a Auto Body And Detail shop in the US. Daiso has real steel wool but one must buy the finer grade as it is used to clean rust and pitting on chrome and stainless metals.  Remove paint overspray from glass. 

If not sure which grade since it's typically 00,000 or 0000. They don't write the grade Infind the safest is the pack with 9 pieces not 12.  More is not better.  finer grade will insure you cannot damage the material your cleaning. 

Daiso next to Apple Store 3rd floor Central Festival. They sell it for certain for 60 baht a bag.  Buy the finer one to insure you don't scratch the material your cleaning.
