  1. I returned under the same circumstances on April 3, I live in Pattaya.  I didn't go to Jomtein Immigration until 3 weeks after and had no issues getting my verification and receipt stapled into my US Passport.  I didn't realize I needed it, as they make it very difficult for everyone. The Immigration officer upon my arrival at BKK or when I purchased my Exit Visa from the Immigration Office should of informed me of that new requirement;as last year never required my address verification !  Go figure, standards always changing and interpretation is often up to the Officiers mindset.

  2. Two babies how young.   Best to find a babysitter as most facilities won't allow them to care for 3 and under.

My my son who is 4 we take the the Royal Cliff Hotel Game Room.   They are open 6 days closed on Monday.  It is very large and one of the best game rooms in all of Thailand.

Funtasea is is the name of their facility.  They have one of the best facilities and staff to care for the children while the parents do what they choose too do.

Cost is 150 baht a hour for outside guest and 100 for in house guest.  We buy 20 or  40 hours at the in guest rate.

Best to to get a referral for a Babysitter if the are under three.

  3. If you choose to play your music loud after 10 pm chances are likely in a Condo that complaints will likely haunt you.  That's one reason why short term rentals less than 30 days are being enforced this year throughout Thailand.

Typical short term guest ; some choose to have no respect for their neighbors.  A home may be your best option as you are free to do as you choose.

  4. I live at Cosy Beach View and from my experience the past 2.5 years I am quite happy with the little to no noise that I hear from my neighbors.  Much has too do with the fact that we run the AC through out the entire night.

Living in my townhouse in the States and having a house in Issan I experience much noise from my neighbors and the dogs.

Hopefully you will  live in a pet free building.

  5. I am the same way, last year a father Beat the living daylights out of his daughter for going into the ocean with a twitch no less than 20 times.  None of his co workers flinched a inch and I was helpless too do anything.

In our Country this would of never happened.  Remember we our not Thai and we cannot change society of its differences.  Had I said anything I would of been beaten.

I asked other Hi So Thais what would they have done and they said "better to do nothing".

  6.  Best to call Dr Warin office and ask staff to squeeze you in to for a crown.  He was on vacation and he had a wait but he always told me that he can accommodate emergencies.

You our will be glad you did, look forward to his and your encounter and reply back on TV

  7. My son started at two at Sadit

    sus.ac.th

he started with summer school which will start in a couple of weeks for one month.

Now he is 4.5 years and started bus service and his day starts at 7-4:30.  I couldn't be happier very affordable as we choose to put him in the Thai program.

Which is half price  of the English program. Stop. U there nursery School and campus is phenomenal.  Go see for yourself.

  8. Went to the link and downloaded the Food Panda App.  Unfortunately it appears that there Pastrami and Corned Beef Sandwiches  have been discontinued.

Hard to Believe but a big setback for certain. Was planning on picking up there signature sandwich this weekend but guess not!

  9. BPH has always been a very pleasurable experience for the past two years.  Our 4 year old son usually gets seeen by a older female Dr and her English is very good.  We get his vaccinations done and have been impressed how affordable and efficiently they operate.

  10. Next to Big C Entrance on Central Road in front towards the right is the House of Lasagna.  They serve a wood fired cheese pizza for 69 baht with pepperoni add another 20 baht.

Personally i take 3-4 home to freeze and add my own ingredients and it the best valued pizza world wide.  Really nice thin crust.

Having eaten Pizza in New York and Chicago should be telling you its a "Winner".  They open at 11 am.
