Highly recommend staying by the river. it is usually cooler and, unless you plan to do lots of shopping, gives you great travel opportunities on the new, cheap public boats...

I do have friends but I will need the passport to prove ID at hotels and to take an internal flight. DrJack54 says it can be done up to 15 days early and I certainly have time to do that. Thank you everyone.

My 90 day is due on 20th April but I will be away 11th to 1st May. I usually go in person Jomtien office. What is the best solution please?

Thanks everyone . It was the Jomtien office. The only time the money dipped below was 29/10 797,954 . Then when I realised the mistake, 30/10 802,954. So 800,000 has already been in for 3 months and the extension is due in June. Thanks for any further comments

Hi everyone, My RV is due for renewal in June. I use the money in bank method but, due to my error with an ATM card, the 800,000 dipped to 795,000 last October. I immediately corrected my mistake so when I renew in June this year the full 800,000 will have been in the account for 7 months. Is this a problem? Thank you for any useful advice.

Is there any logic in the best time to go to Immigration in Jomtien? I have a 90 day report but it is also my first one since moving to Pattaya so not quite as straight forward as usual. 'Think I have the correct forms. Many thanks.

Hi, I am moving from a condo in BKK to a hotel in Pattaya at end of July. There's no furniture to move as the condo is furnished but I have a big TV, pictures, objects, glasses, cutlery etc. Does anyone know of a 'man with van' or different idea for moving my possessions from Bangkok to Pattaya?
