  1. It is the Krungthai Bank (light blue)
  2. You can get from the HMRC app the amount paid to each company, if you do it for the last 2 years you can show the tax paid for the Thai tax year, but the tax office was not sure they would accept that it is why I am trying to get it from the Uk
  3. I think that you will find that the withholding tax is 15% The figures you are showing does not list any 1.90% accounts I have just got from Krungsri 1.50% for 5 months I have also have a Mai tai dee account which pays 0.90% but can withdraw money with no interest lost but over 2 withdraws is charged at 50bhat
  4. I have an account that rolls over every 6 months so when I take money out for immigration purposes I am taking it out of the interest not the prime investment so no interest deduction

  6. I do not get any P60s only get tax paid from the Internet But the problem is that UK tax year is different to the Thai tax year so cannot estimate the tax that has been paid for the Thai tax year
  7. I was told I would get 1.1% by the bank staff before I agreed to open the account only when I was give the bank book did she say it was only 0.8%
  8. But they did not tell me till after the account was open and I gave them the money. They were not very happy when I told them to cancel it and took my money back
  9. The some of the fix interest rates shown for this bank are for Thai people for foreigner the rates are lower
  10. I got the impression that it does not matter how much money you bring into Thailand they are only interested in any money earned and that as not been taxed If in future years if you bring in much more money that you earn they might be interested in where that money came from so it is a good idea to keep a record of what money that you have saved before the the year 2024
  11. Is the interest earned on savings before 2024 in the UK taxable in Thailand
  12. What will they accept of prove the amount of tax that you have paid in the UK
  13. I was only asking because you have basically claimed a double tax free allowance and I was trying to find out if that is acceptable
  14. Just an question did you tell them that your tax free allowance in the UK (which as not been taxed) is more that your Thai allowance
  15. Sorry i meant for your allowance for your health insurance
  16. What allowance did they give you
  17. But that is separate items, but my Health Insurance is all included, it give different amounts for health, accidents and life cover
  18. Can you confirm where you see that if Health Insurance includes Life Insurance you can claim 100K THB deduction
  19. Has there been any changes in the paperwork needed
  20. What are the latest requirements for the 800000 baht renewal of the retirement extension
  21. Kbank uses says they are a foreign transfer but only in the Thai version of the statement
  22. Understand but I have court order giving me 100% custody Another case would be if the mother is dead and the father is looking after the child
  23. Simple question the 120000baht figure is for a married couple, if not barrier but have a child to support would that figure be 90000baht
  24. Are you saying that you still need to do the account details the same as doing the 800000baht as well as showing 65000baht every month
