  1. Correct adress should be;

    Your Name

    48/9 No 48

    Bangchak Prakanong

    Bangkok 10260

    Thailand

    There is a habit of adding everything into an address in Thailand, name of buildings, Village, Soi, road, this is done just to "make sure". There is only on building with that number in a sub district, which makes name of apartment unnecessary, Moo (if there is one) will tell wich area of sub district and makes adding soi and or village unnecessary.

    A correct address is;

    Name

    House No, Moo and or apartment No

    Sub district District

    Province

    000/00 Moo 0

    Nong Prue, Bang Lamung

    Chon Buri 20260

  2. The only operating system is OSX, and all the great software that comes with it, beautifully packed in a Mac. A computer that a regular user can run for the next ten years. It's just amazing.

    Yes, but you can't file your FBAR with it

    Ah, another nonsense comment on Thaivisa...

  4. No Skype does not slow your PC down, it uses very little memory. But if a computer runs with 500 MB of RAM then starting Skype could make it slower, it all depends on what programs that are running before.

    Rule of thumb; Windows XP not less than 1 GB of Ram, Vista & 7 not less then 2 GB of RAM of course Windows 7 uses less RAM then Vista but new software tend to be more sophisticated and uses more RAM to run smoothly.

  5. I got all My things at Sukhumvit shop. They also came and set the tank up and came back and check before the fish went in. He was due to sell the shop and move back South since he retired from the police force a

    while ago. But they changed their minds and stayed. Think it is actually the wife that runs the place now and I belive you will find it anything but slaking off

  6. waw am I the only one in Pattaya?

    Nope!

    I got a 75 Gallon / 300 L from that shop on Sukhumvit not far from Index, they have corals and anemones and a good selection of saltwater fish. Percula Farmgreat place to buy Clownfish, since the fish is farmed it tends to be stronger.

  7. It is almost everywhere in Europe, just you take some kind of "house-shoes" because it is colder.

    You do? Not in Scandinavia any we have our homes insulated and heated... And we do take off our shoes. Handicap they do take off their shoes to.

  8. BOT devalue the baht, i have heard this a few times ,Could someone explan in simple terms why they would do this , if at all.

    cheers

    To help their flagging export business, which is the countries biggest economic sector. Thai imports are now very expensive all around the world due to to strong Baht

    Except export to the US and that is there most stuff goes anyway... The rumor about devalue the baht has never come from the government or the BOT. A friend of mine got warned by his financial advisor in UK that the it could be 45-46 Baht to the Sterling.

  9. Home Care, I used them twice and are nothing but happy with the work they did. According to a couple of friends Home Care are more through out then Top Care. They are located on Pattaya Nua about 150 M on the right hand coming from Sukhumvit.
