  1. Vaccination medication has previously taken ten years to learn about full effects.

Anyway, Air will be back to normal pollution levels soon enough.

I've personally seen the death of the ocean's eco system-- from Australia up to Thailand over the past 30 years.

The ocean will be 100% acidic within another 20 years.

THEN ITS ALL OVER FOR OUR LIFE AS WE KNOW IT

I guess it won't be easy now due to they sent plenty of notifications about how long you could trade and by when to take out your money/crypto. I think the deadline was December last year.

Only you could do it to google and find the people in as same situation as you.

    Good luck!

    Thanks for the reply WEBGUY

I received an email notification in December regarding a 170 THB ''monthy account charge'' ...and didn't worry too much. But Definitely NO EXCHANGE CLOSURE NOTIFICATION!

Should maybe search the scam alert websites for info?

  3. WOW WOW WOW! I haven't checked in to my BX.IN.Th account for months-- and just discovered the closure!

I've been distracted with something else and assumed all was normal.

I have a balance value of about 60,000 thb.

Its my retirement savings crypto coin back up plan.

The BX.IN.TH website and all support ticket websites give an error message

Can any one help with a way to contact BX Bitcoin Co Ltd?

    Please help !

  4. Using protectionism --to attempt to rescue failing business models-- in the past -has been shown to be a doomed solution.

It's government protectionism right up until your condo get burglarized by some "vacationers" because your condo security guys (who know the habits of everyone who lives there- but can't possibly know the transients) didn't notice that said holiday makers were casing the place to see which condos are empty, and which occupants work what hours.

And then, no surprise, because there weren't any formal registration requirements, they have no clue who the burglars really were. Meanwhile, they've moved on to their next unregistered vacation lodging.

And even if it doesn't happen, the fact that it's possible diminishes my right to enjoy being secure in my home.

Going back to my previous post, if the condo association members agree to holiday rentals, I take no issue with it. But I won't be living there.

Air BNB and most Internet bookings require a credit card-

As we have all experienced--Credit isnt available to unverified or creditworthy.

As well with internet deals --Tenancy/landlord references are available and inter-checked between past trips- for owners and guests. If owners are not convinced that the guest is worthy- they can reject the booking. Its not worth risking their property afterall.

I dont know what percentage of deals are done without looking at past history--- but its obviously becoming less all the time as internet dependency grows like wildfire

  5. Holiday renters often end up buying--

This observation is from someone in Real estate, development and rentals business- in Australia -third generation.

As for Trouble makers----the owners and long term renters I've known do enough of that-- without needing any help from holiday makers

Obviously the hotel business --same ans many others, have been disrupted by new technology.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg--- as its predicted that 40 percent of existing jobs will go within 10 years. For the nimble and adaptable--they will be replaced with new jobs ..

Using protectionism --to attempt to rescue failing business models-- in the past -has been shown to be a doomed solution.

Especially with improved communications ---its now difficult to hide the underlying reasons that these actions are taken.

One way of looking at it --is that people wont need to work as long at old style 'slaving type jobs' as they wont need as much money to lead a comfortable life.

That's because you can find out how to do almost anything yourself (by doing a google search) instead of the old way -handing over cash to get it done!!

  7. Authority's barking up the wrong tree :)

The situation of bleaching and death of the worlds reefs are the canary in the coalmine for our planet.

Acid and warming of the oceans -- from burning coal & oil has stooped coral from expanding altogether. Any more warming in the ocean and plankton may die which means no more oxygen will be produced for us and other animals to breath!

Thailand doesent appear to promote renewables (hardly any solar or wind evident here) or even try to prevent the millions of tons of plastic and rubbish dumped into the oceans around it. Smoke bellowing vehicles evident everywhere!

  8. Amazing how they managed to totally raze a new steel building. It must have taken special skills to avoid all of the fire prevention practices and products available and even required by law these days.

Steel burns..... look at the WTC.

Steel melts, thats how its shaped.and molded

.In Larger buildings-- Building codes require all steel to be uncased in concrete or asbestos type casing, or spray, to retard fire. This was the case with WTC. Many have noted why it didnt work in that case.

Air con compressor fault is a sensible explanation.--- It happend in one of my buildings once too.

With big exits there should be plenty of time to clear a building of that stadium size--- in case of fire-without the need for the ''over the top safety'' requirements ---required in more developed country's.

But as that say it usually costs more in the longrun-- when u try to save money with shortcuts

(Maybe thats because we only remember our shortcuts when we have bad luck?)

As for the humor of the owners- seems like a lesson on how to take lifes knocks on the chin-

  9. Africa is not so bad..YET

. The average income in Tanzania is only 10% as much as Thailand. They cant afford to dump millions of tons of plastic in the oceans..YET

Population looks like going from ONE billion to FOUR billion in Africa - on current attitudes and education levels

The Alarming part is that young people don't know or care about the problem (of extreme pollution and damage to the essential Eco systems)

  10. Stop it --or say goodbye to life on the planet as we knew it!!!

Lets ALL do our bit to reduce pollution

Yes, I agree.......... I usually carry a small back pack so as much as possible I refuse refuse plastic bags when shopping in Thailand. If my thai lady is with me, I ask her to tell the cashier why.

Most plastic bags from shops are used again for the garbage.-- needed for vacuum cleaner dust and food scraps etc.(better than using new ones for that)

It seems that the poorer Asians haven't yet grasped the idea of disposing of waste considerately.

I group of filmmakers and cinema people are working on a film festival with prizes to assist in the process, see link:
