Now, on a more thread related comment: What hotels are closest to the bike action going on in Pattaya? Will be going down there on Friday and need to find a room with at least AC that is safe and clean. I don't need anything flash as I think most of my time will be spent taking pics and seeing the different places and people that I know that live down there.

Going to Pattaya on Friday the 17th Feb. for the 2 day bike week. Looking for a decent place that has AC and English lang. television. Would rather find something close to where the bike action will be. I'll only be staying for Friday night but might get Sat. in also. Any help with location and costs would be helpful.

Make laws (TAGS) that keep the bloody dogs in their OWNERS CARE and not on the street. If not tagged then picked up and given time to adopt and if no adoption, then put to sleep. Not healthy for anyone to have to live with all these buggers running around.

Just did a Clean Up using their program and now I can't access Gmail from my Firefox. I can by way of IE but I would rather use Firefox. What did I do wrong and how do I fix it?

Absolutely NUTS to try and import ANY vehicle into Thailand. DO a search here to see what I mean. Don't know the model of Merc you got but it's most likely here already.

Might be that a lot of people go to Penang for visas and if a bomb was reported as being found or going off, I think people here would want to know. Thankfully I don't have to do that anymore.

I think what Lopburi 3 is saying is, you can have a multiple entry visa type O and you have to leave the country every 90 days and the when you go for the 1 year visa for support, then you have to go to the Thai Immigration office to apply for that with ALL supporting documents.

They will tell you that it can take up to a longer period than what you have left on your visa but it will usually be done BEFORE this time as long as you have ALL if not MORE than what THEY require for your application.

Boon, I can't see you having ANY problems as you can and will supply more than Thai Immigration could ever ask for. Give me a call if you need anymore info. Lopburi3 is the MAN on this and knows a he11 of alot more than I.

I've got a friend in Hawaii that brings some tools to me sometimes and it's great. Customs doesn't bother him as he says it's gifts but then he can only bring in so much stuff, the weight is the killer. Next trip, he's supposed to be bringing some air tools for me which will be great. I hope he remembers the Snapon 12v testlight. 55555555
