  1. Even though I converted multiple page PDFs into JPGs (multiple single pages), the system only allows one page total to be uploaded! So, you have to choose the most important page, really crappy. For example, for my insurance policy (which I had to waste 3,000 Baht to buy Thai insurance as I already have the best international Cigna coverage, but only until end of year, as new plan is issued every December), but when I converted the Thai policy it came out to several pages. I was only able to upload the front page, which should be enough and have all the details, but this whole one-page thing is really bad.
  2. Yes, my hotel just confirmed my booking, and they are sending separate payment information for the hotel plus the hospital, so this is normal I think with all hotels.
  3. One good thing I can report... I started the application yesterday, (using Microsoft Edge - Chrome didn't work), and then ran into delays, as I was waiting for hotel confirmations etc..., but I just kept the browser window open, and just a few minutes ago, managed to submit both my wife and my application successfully and received confirming emails that they are being processed. So, what this proves is that in spite of lots of little "gotchas" such as file format and other things, that if you keep the window open, it does not time-out or otherwise force you to start over at least for 24 hours of more. That is the one positive thing I will say about this process.
  4. You are right, the image format is already a pain. If you have any document saved in PDF, you will have to reformat it to jpg or other image format, otherwise you cannot upload it. I started my application yesterday, but have been unable to complete for many reasons, including waiting for my hotel confirmation of the booking. I strongly suspect I will have to start the entire application over again once all the exact specifications have been assembled, but you don't know that until you start. Very errant system.
  5. Yes, tourists are not yet allowed in. On Friday, it finally opened a bit for business visas, and those with residency and re-entry permits, but still requires a 3-day quarantine.
  6. In fact, I am just doing this very thing today. My wife and are have the CDC cards (and nothing else is evidently available for US citizens according to the nurse giving me my booster shot last week), so I am planning to upload the scanned copies to the Thai Pass site, but am waiting for the hotel confirmation. I hope the there is no time limit on that Thai pass site, or I will have to start over again. BTW, google chrome doesn't work on that site, I using MS Edge.
