Maybe just keep it as it was "enjoying nightlife"
This is a nobrainer. I like to enjoy the nightlife, even though I'm married, but we still need things to do in the day.
-
I did some research and found this.
"A good and cheap trip is to get the river taxis that go up and down the river for less than 20 baht a head. Most people get on at Saphan Taksin BTS station (on the river) and go up towards the Grand Palace or Banglampu."
This sounds a lot better then paying 900 baht a head for a dinner cruise. We want to see the Grand Palace anyway and we're cheap charlies.
-
you can take dinner cruse from river city hotel 7.30 pm
2 hours fun and great entertainment about 900 baht per person
2nd this can be siam niramit show(a bit expensive)
Yea, the Grand Palace is a must see, I kind of figured that. The river dinner cruise sounds great. 900 baht/person. Me, my wife, and 3 month old son. Do you think they'll charge 900 baht for my son? I'm staying at the Maxinn hotel, how do I get to the river cruise from there?

Hi,
I'm spending 2 days in Bangkok. I've been to Bangkok before and enjoyed the nightlife, but never really did any tourist things. What are the best 2 things to do in Bangkok with my wife?
Thanks

Anybody ever stay at the flipper house? The rooms look small for 3 people, but right on Pattaya beach. Which wing is better A or B?

Anybody ever try the Pattaya Centre Hotel?
-
Yea, I decided Pattaya is a better location. Mainly because my wife is Thai is she likes Thai food. There are so many more places to eat in Pattaya and cheaper prices too. What about Nova Park Pattaya. Is this a good location. It looks pretty far off. Any other suggetions in Pattaya. I like Pattay Bay Resort, but I don't like the pool. It looks like there is no shade from viewing the photos. Is this true. I can't believe people have a pool and don't have umbrellas to keep the sun away. I don't want to get sun burnt and my wife doesn't want to be black, no offense.

I found this place. http://jomtienbeachcondoforrent.blogspot.com
It looks great and is cheap, only 8500/month + electricity. I'm just worried about the location. Do the baht buses go that far? My wife is Thai and likes Thai food (of course). Are there some authentic, cheap thai restaurants nearby. I think this is the best place, unless someone can tell me otherwise.
Thanks

I want to rent a condo for 5 or 6 weeks near the beach. Anyone know any reputable websites to visit? I'm looking at Feb/March

Anybody familiar with this website? Is it safe and reliable? www.view-talay-condos.net

I also would like a fitness center

I've been to Pattaya many times and stayed at many different hotels. This time I want to rent a condo at one of the View Talay buildings. I see there are 6 of them. Which one is the best within my price range of 1000 baht/night (35000 for 5 weeks). Two things I want are a nice swimming pool and a good location near the baht bus route. Thanks

try the Pattaya Bay Resort on the back side of the Avenue. Very nice pool on the roof, friendly staff and quiet. 22,000 per month.
Is it an easy walk to 2nd Road and Soi Buakow?

Hi,
First time in Phuket. Did a search, but all too confusing as I don't know what area to stay. I want to be within a 10 minute walk to the nightlife (what's the name of it, is it Patong?). I also want to be within a 10 minute walk to a nice beach. How much for a transfer from the airport to the hotel?
Thanks

Hi,
My Thai wife and I are having a baby soon. We live in America and the baby will be born here. 2 months after the baby is born, we want to go to Thailand with the baby. We are considering leaving the baby with her mom in Thailand for one year. That way, my wife and I can come back to America, both work full time, and try to make some extra money because we really need it to pay bills. Does the baby need a passport? Does the baby need a visa, and if so, we need a one year visa? Also, the baby will be born in America so it will be an American citizen, but will he (it's a boy ) be a Thai citizen too?
Thanks

I like to gamble on sports and texas holdem poker. Can anyone see if these websites work in Pattaya?
-----Links removed. Online gambling while in Thailand is illegal.-----
Thanks.

Anybody stay at this hotel? It looks pretty nice and it's near Soi Cowboy, I think and hope.

Try Drop inn its just over Suk but not to far a walk. In a nice quiet location, wireless internet and breakfast included.
How far of a walk to Soi Cowboy? How many minutes? Is it easy?

This looks pretty good. I think I'll try it, if they have a room available.
Thanks a lot.

I thought you were with your wife and heading on a coach to Issan?
I will be with my wife, but I can still get drunk and have a good time. I realized it's easier to spend one night in Bangkok and then take the bus the next day.
A word of advice. Make sure your Isaan mrs doesn't see the entry stamp in your passport. She will be with me.

I did some internet surfing and found Sacha's Hotel Uno. Is this one any good and how far of a walk from Soi Cowboy?
-
I'd like a hotel near soi cowboy for under 1500baht. I like to get drunk, so I need a hotel within walking distance to Soi Cowboy. Never been there before and would like to try it.
-
I'll be with my wife, no sex or massage
-
Arriving at the airport at 11:00am. I need a place to rest after the long flight in Bangkok. I then take the bus to Isaan at about 8:00pm. In Bangkok, is there a hotel I can stay at for about 5 hours?
Where's The Library?
in Pattaya
Posted
I went to Soi 10 to the old library, but is was gone. Anybody know where a library is?
How do you get to Pattaya floating market? Can I take a baht bus and if so, how much?
Thanks
