I would say that the Land office here on Koh Samui Is VERY corrupt. I have had to Pay many times to get any and everything done there. Also Everybody else i know has had to also... Koh Samui I very Corrupt Island. From the Land office to the taxi Mafia and the Police. But the police on Koh Samui are not as bad as other parts of Thailand. There are many strait forward officers on Samui...

For the People of Thailand, All of them. How about a government run Airport on Koh Samui. This would stop Bangkok Air's monopoly on the Island. It is So expensive to fly in and out of Samui, thanks to Bangkok Air
